    I really think it’s okay to have people uninterested in your relationship? I know that uncommon these days with social media but it’s absolutely okay to keep your business to yourself. ESPECIALLY as a celebrity because for some reason these men start acting out publicly as soon as you give them any visibility off your name.

      Absolutely this! Sometimes I’m generally surprised at some celebs showing their relationships online.

    I feel like we view celebrities in this righteous light when they’re just normal people with money and fame. Despite the success and access to better things, they still have self esteem issues. We can want the best for them but they’ll only choose what they believe they’re worthy of.

    Expecting celebrities to have stable relationships is honestly delusional and extremely unrealistic.
    Yeah, she shouldn’t be with some hood dude who already has 3 other kids and been in and out of jail, but people forget that even if she got with another celeb (or definitely a streamer), nothing would change since a LOT of people in the industry ARE toxic or still unhealthy and mentally unwell DUE to being in the industry!

    4:25 I think this take is a bit unfair, because there are many child stars that we do not have a issue with growing up and acting grown, this issue is that as Artist and Entertainers they did not make strategic decisions on how they would transition their brands. Some of them made a too radical shift. That’s what people are kinda gagged about imo

    • @Msboochie2
      @Msboochie2 Месяц назад +4

      People can say the same for your situation. That’s two different seasons of life, you can’t even legally drink or rent a car yet. It’s all about the individuals and the balance of power in those relationships. Older guys who are immature tend to seek out young women that they can manipulate easier. They’ve been through many of the “firsts” you’ve yet to experience. I say the same for older women in relationships with a substantial age gap.There’s a reason they don’t date their peers, and it’s important to find out what that reason is before getting trapped in a long term relationship, marriage or with a baby. They will waste your youth, and play around with your time. Your time is the most valuable resource, that you can never get back.

    • @alysssabear

      I find it interesting how you state ‘we turning our back on em’ when in reality a lot of interracial relationships with a black man usually…flops. While if we look at interracial with a black woman, a lot I’ve seen are usually successful. It’s also wild to me how you state black women don’t support you, meanwhile it’s know that they support more than you’ll ever support them.

    • @jahleda8937

      @@desdior1207 I hate to use statistics in this convo but pls look up how many single, middle-class black men there are?
      Statistics also say that 41% of black women have kids under 20 (drastically higher than any other race) meanwhile only under 15% of black men have kids under 20; these statistics prove my point.
      Black women are isolated in this situation, I want to generate productive conversation not tit for tat back and forth.
