- BMW invited me to their 50 years of M event with the M4 CSL, G87 M2, XM, M1, 1M, E30 M3, 3.0 CSL and a bunch of other cars!
Thanks for tuning into yet another one of my videos! In today's video Darryl and I went to the 50 years of M celebration and had an absolutely amazing time. There were so many cool BMW Ms there, both with the event and customer cars. I say it every so often, but probably one of my best car memories ever. How are you liking the gts taillights saw your video thinking about getting them
Think they are worth picking up? Have you had any issues with the wiring or fitment since install?
Hey bro! I really like them, but unfortunately a bit of water seems to seep in from the top. There hasn't been any condensation or shorting though, so I think there may be 2 seals and the water gets by the first one. Beside that, I love them!
@@collectingms3803 okay perfectly that should just need some silicone paste and it’ll seal right up. Will get to it before I throw them on thanks so much!

Thanks bro! Oh yeah, it was amazing. The exterior is definitely better in person but still not on the level of the F87 imo. The screen also looks better in person, but out of place in a sports car like the M2 at least for my taste. The dashboard does look a little weird in person - not bad, but something to get used to.

What event was this? Did they contact you for this?
It was the 50 years of M event down here in Toronto. BMW Canada emailed owners and invite to come down with the option to bring 1 guest. I'm guessing the invites were Canada only, but Maybe BMW USA will be doing one soon?
@@collectingms3803 Ahhh, they did something at the SC Factory. Are you staying with the F87?

Hey bro, I always liked the blue so definitely not the person to ask haha. I do think it looks better in person than in pictures though if that helps at all
@@collectingms3803 so I guess I’m asking would u go for blue if you were ordering one I had Long Beach blue m2c and I like that it’s a new color for m2 can’t do black white or Brooklyn grey because my wife’s x3m is Brooklyn grey so it leaves me with red or blue .. so red or blue??
@@iammrwoogie Oh man that's a tough one. I'm gonna have to go with the blue though. The red looks amazing on other cars (Toronto red metallic), but personally I prefer the look of blue cars. The best way I can describe it is this: both colours look good for what they are (as in it's a nice blue and it's a nice red). If you prefer blue in general, go for the blue. If you prefer red in general, go for the red. I hope that's somewhat helpful!

Yeah it's unfortunate. At least the M4 CSL is nearly all leather
