Good luck doing this with some form of jacking device on the ground with the compression a heavy duty spring setup provides. I had to use a scissor Jack to get them into play with a little finesse and finagle using screw drivers and a hammer but just something to prepare for because I could not press those springs into place with my bare hands

Hey bro both shocks face forward right on this model F-150? Because I just changed mine and then I saw a bunch of other trucks with where they point in different directions so I’m questioning myself.
Those are Dodges and Chevys. Ford keeps it simpler and more consistent.
Is it possible to replace only the rear shocks and do the front struts later? The rear end of my truck is what keeps 'bouncing' after I go over a speed bump.
