New Shock Absorber from 1AAuto.com 1aau.to/ia/1ASH...
Shock absorbers help your vehicle stay stable and safe. Signs of worn out shocks are knocking or bumping noises, loose handling, or a bouncy or bumpy ride. The typical service life of a shock absorber is 50,000 miles, depending on conditions. TRQ shocks and struts are engineered to fit your vehicle perfectly. This video shows you how to install shock absorbers on your 2004-2008 Ford F150.

Great video and right to the point! Thanks for letting us know the specific Torques of 66 and 150 for the lug nuts
Awesome . I was watching the strut video yesterday . Now on to the shock absorbers . Great video. I definitely feel confident I can do these repairs now
Great video. I have a 2006 f150, I want to lift the rear 2 inches. Do you know what specific shocks & blocks I would need? Thanks!
Why remove the tower and “activate” the shock? Don’t you think the install would be easier by leaving the tape off and then taking it off after install? I mean the shock is gonna activate when you drive? lol
Love the tutorial and really appreciate it but you can also replace the rear shocks without raising the vehicle.
+Nathan J Thanks for the feedback! 1aau.to/m/Shop-TRQ
Excellent tutorial as I will be attempting this weekend. My question is, if I raised a vehicle and support it with the jackstand, when I disconnect the old shock, do I have to raise up the axle?
Good video straight to the point
Thanks for listing torque specs!
