As a Mum to 4, 1 girl, 3 boys, Grandma to 4, 1 girl, 3 boys, and one Crazy French Bulldog. Also a carer to my 28 year old Autistic Son Jack, I find it hard to cook to please everyone. I've always wanted to make my own healthy soup but never had the nerve, I would love to try making one in a pressure cooker but wouldn't know where to begin as I've never owned one. They always scared me truth be known, but you make using one look so easy. Thought I'd give it a go winning one ;) Good Luck Everyone! xXx

When we got married my in-laws bought us a pressure cooker. I was expecting to have the old hob one with the saucepan handle lid as I liked those. I was a proper hob girl. I even gave away my slow cooker to my son as I didn't like the way it cooked potatoes. So when this little electric job arrived, I wasn't sure at all. Omg - I've ate my words since then. And the potatoes are awesome. I have a cosori air fryer - amazeballs.
And now I'm batch cooking like a fiend I'd love a huge cosori pressure cooker. Just to speed up my batching.
Oh and I loved the oatmeal setting, and I didn't know you could slow cook in them. I tried it for a mince and tatties. The smell was incredible as you opened the front door, and the potatoes cooked to perfection! Thank you Victoria for sharing this ❤xx

I like the simplicity of these machines, i don't actually want to win this for myself but for my mom. She's retired, not very confident in day to day cooking and has always only just had enough money. I would like too be able to gift her something that would make cooking for 1 cheaper and quicker, especially as she's having to clean in the evenings after retiring from her full time day job.

Why wouldn't you want one of these amazing pressure cookers. Quick , easy to use , cooking will be a pleasure not a chore. As my daughter does most of the cooking for us ( I have trouble with my hands ) it would make like much easier or her and after her long days at uni , cooking pleasure. Thank you for all the recipes Victoria .❤

Thank you for the inspirational meal ideas, quick and easy and perfect for a busy family. I've always been slightly scared of pressure cookers but the Corsori looked very robust, and I found your demonstration of the steam release switch very reassuring. Also the various functions mean you wouldn't need so many appliances on your work top. It would be exciting to win and experiment with the Corsori Pressure Cooker x

I’m studying a degree apprenticeship in Occupational Therapy starting in March. I’m slightly concerned about how I’m going to manage my work caseload, placement and uni work whilst trying to maintain some form of social life, see my husband and eat well. A pressure cooker would definitely help me have more time in the evenings.

That cheese sauce is so easy peas. When we got married over 30 years ago we had a pressure cooker. It cooked everything so swiftly. Food was so tasty and tender. My favourite recipe used to be Hunters chicken. I love how you can batch cook quickly saving energy along the way. I would love another one again and this one looks fabulous and I it's good enough for you it's good enough for us 😊

I have always tried to cook from scratch for my family and take inspiration from your videos. Having a pressure cooker would be a life changer. I suffered a heart attack just before Christmas and so my time in the kitchen has dropped dramatically. I like to batch cook so I know my family always have something homemade to eat when I'm unable to cook. The keep warm feature on the Cosori is also a winner, knowing that they can all eat even if at different times. Thank you for your content as always, I love to see what meals you come up with and put my own twist on them. ❤❤

As a Working mum of 2 I also cook for my mother so daily meal prep for 5 is crazy, the previous video was a game changer as I very often have to say no to certain meals that can take too long to cook, just one example is my daughter loves mash this would allow this as a regular addition to meal times as it looks like it would suit the portion size that I need and keep a fussy eater happy and feed the rest of the family without being in the kitchen all evening thank you for sharing your ideas and recipes

I've always been nervous with pressure cookers. I have one of the old kind in the back of a cupboard. It has never been used. After seeing several demos with people using the Cosori, the pressure release for one looks so simple and not at all scary. All the other features are a real bonus. I do a lot of slow cooker meals and for one an appliance that is so versatile would be an asset to any kitchen.

Hiya Victoria, I would love to win the Cosori pressure cooker, because of the speed and versatility of it. It would be a great tool to help with getting dinner on the table quicker, as we both work full time and dinner is sometimes quite late. Also with the rising cost of electricity and gas this would be a win win all round. Xx

I would be over the moon to win this brilliant pressure cooker due to my old oven broke a few months ago and all I have to cook on is a microwave . My grandson occasionally likes to stay over and he loves chicken curry , so I would love to make him a healthy one in this pressure cooker and I love casseroles and stews with big dumplings like my dad used to make me . A great feature is the saute part where you can saute onions etc before adding the chicken etc . Also I love the keep warm feature. In particular the venting part where you can vent just by sliding the vent button to vent quicker by taking of the keep warm feature off or you can let the pressure cooker to vent itself.
I love how you can cook healthy meals in less time . My cat and dog loves cooked chicken so to be able to cook a whole chicken is ideal.
Pressure cookers have come along way since my dad used to cook with one in the 70s it used to scare me lol, today's one's are so safe and practical and easy to use .
Good luck to everyone entering this great give away .
    Also congratulations to whoever wins

The little orange button at the side of the Cosori Pressure Cooker seemed genius to me. I've always been a bit wary of pressure cookers because of venting the steam out of them. I know you cooked the Morroccan Chicken in it and it was FAB but think how much time you'd save when braising beef or making beef stew which would normally take a couple of hours on the hob. Love tonights recipes by the way. That katsu curry looked wonderful. We love black pudding and haggis, our local butcher sells his own black pudding and also Stornoway black pudding which is also award winning. Thank you for sharing these FAB recipes xxx

I watched this video and your last one and couldn't help but have a giggle you brought back memories . Pressure cookers are intimidating kitchen appliances, especially if your only experience with one resulted in the lid blowing off hitting the ceiling and leaving not an inch of wall without gravy on it 😂 would love to win one and try again with a pressure cooker . I'd us it to make more curries and stews generally meals that would go further and feed my family xxx

Lovely meals as always. I'm like you can't stand waste so anything knocking around in the fridge or bits of things left I like to make something up to use them up. I love tuna & cajun so the pasta bake I'm going to try that, have dine cajun pasta before but not with tuna, my husbabd not that keen on tuna, but I am!! Also I love homemade soup & putting stuffing mix in it, delicious. Black pudding not for me I'm afraid !! It does look nice but when i think what's in it, it just puts me off!!! 90% of the time I use pork mince, I think it's so much tastier than beef, my 2nd choice for mince is turkey mince & turkey thigh mince, so nice. Beef mince is 3rd choice!! Next time I do a lasagne I'm going to put some cubed panceta in it, sounds delicious. The cosari pressure cooker I would love to win, just as a cook from scratch point of view fir the speed of it, so apart from saving money, it's less mess & less washing up doing everything in the 1 pot. And it's all singing & dancing model as well. I've always thought of pressure cookers as bit old fashioned but not this 1!! I definitely would like 1

Hi Vicky, love your throw it in use it up recipes. I wish the Cosori pressure cooker was around when I was a teenager. I was the eldest of 3 and my mum was in and out of hospital with numerous ‘women’s problems’ that’s how it was explained to us kids. Anyway quite often I was left in charge of cooking and we had one of the old big clunky put on the hob pressure cookers that you had to release the steam manually from, it used to frighten me and the younger kids to death the noise was horrendous. I ruined our tea many a time by burning whatever was in there, I.e. mash potato (burnt mash) smells disgusting and stew because I didn’t put enough liquid in and left on the hob for too long or I didn’t put the lid on properly and seal it so whatever was in there didn’t even get cooked. Many’s a time me and my siblings ended up with just a jam or tomato sauce butty for tea much to their disgust. I so wish this genius bit of equipment was around then I’d have been the best big sister EVER LOL….

    Hi Victoria
Love your videos! Random question...where is the pink handled slim spoon/spatula that you seem to use a lot. It looks useful and I'd like to get one. I tried to read the brand name on the handle base but couldn't make it out 😁

Hi & thank you! The brand is Joseph Joseph and I got the whole set on Amazon. They are great, started off red so you can tell they are well loved!

My favourite feature would be the ability to delay cooking for up to 12 hours which means that I would be able to have a family day out and have delicious chilli when we get back.

I had one and used it all the time, fave was lentil and veg soup. Whole bag of frozen casserole mix, chopped potato, lentils, stock and herbs. Pressure cook for 12 mins and roughly mash with a potato masher. I do not have it anymore as idiot son aged 20 was asked to wash it out and he submerged and scrubbed the whole unit not just the pot 😂😂😂 looked fabulous but totally ruined!

This takes the scariness out of pressure cooking. I had an old fashioned one with a weight on top and if you slammed a cupboard door it would move the weight and start hissing and letting steam out. No chance of this happening with a Cosori pressure cooker. Plus it slow cooks too so no need for extra appliances.

Hi I would love to win the pressure cooker, I like the idea of speed
And different ideas for dinners, I have three boys 19,16 & 9 so I’m with you on the hungry boys 😂 not sure if it’s January but I’ve lost my cooking mojo so this could be a good boost! X
