- What's for dinner is a question I sometimes dread so it's my mission to bring inspiration & easy to follow, affordable recipes to you!
Our family of 5 includes 3 adults (I feel so strange typing that about our 18 year old son!) & 2 teenage boys of 13 & 16 who believe me can eat A LOT! It can be challenging to keep them full while providing a varied diet and not spending an absolute fortune!
So if you are looking for ideas to keep your kids full or just some inspiration on how to make easy, budget friendly dinners then this is the channel for you 💗

Nice meals Vicki. Everything looks lovely. Those meatball subs look very pro!! I've just been away for 5 nights got back last night so back to cooking (love cooking like you do.but was nice to get a break ) so food shopping today , had to do a meal plan. But my brain was like mush, just could not think what I wanted to cook.this week ( usually I'm.buzzing with ideas or recipes I've seen etc) but brain fog, I struggled. So I just did a plan so I coukd get to the shops really !! But meatballs were in the plan as saw a meatball stew recipe in the new tesco mag , but the subs look so good. But got no sub rolls or mozzarella so I might make them next week also.rhst chicken brocolli bacon pasta looked so nice, got no chicken.soup tho !! Got everything else !!! Think I'm.getting my mojo back now for cooking!!

It really is! We do take the boys sometimes but try and make sure we still do things together without them too 🥰
Of course, a perfect balance for the parents and then the ever so growing up children. My husband and I did the same and our, and the kids still share how they loved our family camping trips. They now have their own kids, and I can't wait for them to take them on the same type of camping trips. @@Victoria_Foulger
Subs look lovely my husband loved the brown rolls but cant find them any more in aldi such a shame , will try the pata dish it looked amazing. Thanks for sharing your meals . Xx
