    Your warm up is like 3 of my workouts 😆- apparently I need to kick it up a notch.

    tennis shorts getting too short these days, I blame Holger rune. looking like john Stockton doing exercise balls.

    Most high level tennis players are so lean. I was wondering if it is a bad thing to put on muscle for this sport? Is there anything players should avoid if they are interested add more mass to them?

      Just remember that tennis is an explosive sport and all that mass needs to be absorbed with every landing. The 2 main deficits are losing some flexibility and potential strain on knees and hips. That was jo Wilfred tsongas issue. He was very dominant earlier than he got a little too heavy
