For your issue, just check on if you have stopped editing opacity mask in the Transparency panel or not?

I will say this, Adobe is a great product, but the CorelDraw transparency tool is less complicated... (I use both).
Thanks for your comment. Its not complicated though. All you need is to practice the steps and you'll master it.
When I click on the image, I do not have the transparency panel, how can I fix this?
Move to top menu: Window > Transparency to open the panel.
@@Creativealys thank you so much!!!!

Do you know why my gradients will not reach the full color value? What I mean is, when I put on a gradient and put black and white, they never fully get white or black, ever. Even if I bring the ends all the way in, they're still a lighter shade of black, and darker of white. It will not reach the full value. The reason this is a problem is because when I do you you've shown, the end of the image still slightly shows, because the gradient will not become full black on the end (which would make it 100% transparent). I cannot figure out why my gradients don't reach the full color value and It is driving me crazy!! Does anyone know?? Even creating a black shape and then opening gradient and using the ink dropper on the black image, my gradient image is still slightly a lighter tint of black D:
Thanks for your comment.
You might be working in CMYK color mode and your black color value would be 100 instead of RGB values 0 0 0 for black. If so, go for RGB 0 0 0 values to get a black for gradient. Check it out, if this is the problem you are not having a complete fade.
why i cannot change the gradient angle?
Check it you've Gradient Tool select or if you've Fill Color on focus?
I used PNG picture. when i click embed the picture become have dark outline, how to solve this problem?
Hi, thanks for the comment. I'm sorry, I didn't actually get what you're trying to ask. Can you please make me clear? Thanks.
Switch gradient colour "black hides edge and white reveals", so blacks at the edges and white where u want to reveal!
Awesome tutorial. But please use your voice
Thanks!
