Doesn't sound the same in A. Downkeying a classic song like this monster takes away the magic of the song in C. But also the Hammond organ is an integral part of the 1967 Procul Harum song which for me cements Gary Brookers unique voice. You guys are ok and do a good job. Perhaps I am biased having played Hamond B3, L100, etc since the song was released. But the most noticable thing about it which hit me straight away was the key of A major. One and a half semi tones down is a lot. Your key change to Bb surprised me I have to admit and it worked. Good luck.
