Since the late 80s, Jerry Cantrell’s signature sound has been exciting music fans and guitarists alike. His unmistakeable sound has captured our imaginations thanks to it’s huge, yet very dark sound - all stemming from a wah pedal. The team at Dunlop have painstakingly recreated Jerry’s custom wah sound which features a wider, darker response than any other wah. In addition, this wah pedal has been completely custom voiced with a tighter, punchier and more aggressive heel-down tone with the added functionality of a side control which allows you to adjust the toe down frequency.
This limited-edition pedal has been adorned with a custom treadle design based on Jerry Cantrell’s tribal orca tattoo, which was created by Coast Salish artist Joe Wilson. In addition, the bottom plate features the full lyrics to the song “Rainier Fog” from the album of the same name. there’s only 500 of these available so don’t miss out!

I bought two of these. One for myself and the other as a gift. Phenomenal wah as I knew it would be. JC is an absolute Master of the Wah and this holds true.

I think Rooster is played with a flange pedal on the clean channel. Still love the way the wah sounds.
@Judson Shepard I have the new Waza Craft Boss CE-2W and it's pretty good for that sound... perhaps a touch of flanger mixed in too.
Yes, it's a tricky one. It sounds like chorus and flanger together on the main verse riff. There is wah in the lead guitar too though in the song's chorus.

I just bought this 10 minutes ago. I can’t afford a Friedman but I heard Jerry was a fan of the Bogner Shiva…. So I bought one a few years ago and I love it. Can’t wait to boost it with my klon klone (built it myself, favorite OD on my board) and have this baby kicking ass. I’m so excited.

Dunlop is lying. I just bought one new after it’s been out for 5 years. If you go to their website it says “limited to 500 units”. I guarantee they sold more than 100 of these a year. Especially since they keep getting restocked.

I bought one of these Wahs and really I don't care how many there are of them but I did play with the knob on the side and noticed little to no difference in anything I have been using a mini wah which I love but the size of the pedal is just to damn small you HAVE TO wear a flat shoe or the thing gets caught in the arch of your foot. Fun as that isn't it has a wide swing on the sound it has options to chance the sound inside the casing but it fits the foot of a munchkin in the land of Oz.
