@Danny Dolan I was in middle school, I found anime and that saved my life. Then as an adult learned how to socialize online because I had no friends due to bullying. So I had to learn to talk and act since I missed all those important milestones.
@Danny Dolan I highly recommend the newer stuff. Most who have only seen a little seem to only know the old popular ones from the 80's and 90's like dragon ball, gundam, cowboy bebop, akira, and trigun. But there is just tons and tons of newer better anime.

I was bullied ruthlessly in high school and middle school, milk poured on me, isolated during lunch and class, called anorexic, future school shooter, holocaust survivor, albino, I got into a couple fights, was recorded and lost, called weak and a pussy afterwards by people who had no involvement or understanding 🤦 Kids and teens are so so cruel for dumb reasons.
When I got bullied in high school my father told me to hit one of my bullies in the face. When I eventually did, the bully and his friends never bothered me again...

I was bullied in School, but God dealt with those mean kids when they became adults. They either ended up dead, locked up, or living crappy lives. I've forgiven them, but that's karma for them being jerks to me all those years.
Bullies want to be treated like crap as it validates their existence...I find it to be a waste of my time. They don't introspect about their actions to other people. They lack empathy. They hate themselves and when you show them any kindness they take advantage of you or start bullying you. They project their bad behavior onto you. Best thing is to have boundaries, walk away from the situation and never interact with them again. If worse comes to worse...punch them in the head with all your might and they won't come near you.

You can try and learn about scientific proven ways to deal with bullying , improve your social skills and improve your physical health for 6 months. The best way is the ignore bullies (if they’re non physical) is to look them directly into the eyes, uninterested, and walk away. Don’t bother speaking, silence works wonders. The point is that you’re showing them with your body language is that they don’t mean 💩 to you. Try to make them look immature and dumb for even trying to get into your head. They will eventually get bored and stop. It worked for my bullies

It doesnt matter if you stay silent or say something. Silence in their mind means they are winning and that makes them happy. Saying something back gives them entertainment and they will laugh and make you say more till you don't and then think they are winning and keep at it.

People reading this comment right now have probably been bullied a lot at some point in thier lives. Bullying other people for fun just to look cool at school or wherever is absolutely not okay. Whether they were raised that way, or they chose to bully others. It's absolutely not okay. People need to stop bullying others just to look cool and need to come together and love each other. People need to forget about bullying other people so much and instead focus on your purpose in life, loving God, your family, friends, acquaintances, strangers, and animals. The (only) way to stop your children from being bullied is to homeschool them. School/teachers etc won't do a thing. My children and I loved it. Best decision ever. And they are well adjusted adults now who can handle themselves just fine.
Im sorry but I don't really thinkt thats a good decision. I'm young and all but I've always been bullied, and I don't care anymore, I just find it an experience of what life really is. People are going to hate you, hurt you and I feel like you just need to know what it's like since it only gets worse. This is just my opinion since i'm really sensitive, but if your kids enjoy learning that way I guess it's fine. I know for a fact that if I was never ever bullied, I would struggle with life.

When you are bullied it does extreme mental damage and you end up blaming yourself for it and start to think there is something wrong with you rather than something wrong with them. You don't end up growing up as a normal functioning person and you will end up struggling as an adult. It takes a lot of time to heal from the mental trauma and lots of therapy. There is a reason why many kids don't survive it and take their own life. It has to be stopped and taken seriously.

But then at the same time, just laying down in bed thinking about it, you technically need to see the reality. My friend gets bullied by an asshole in our class who keeps calling him fat. I try standing up for him but then they call me fat, once even poking fun at me being autistic. What made it worse, is a family friend I’ve known for years also joined. They laughed at the fat jokes, and even made a few jokes themselves. And I feel like nothing worked, telling teachers, telling them to stop (normally this would be followed with a joke at my expense) and even threats. (I know it is bad to threaten people, but I felt powerless and said in class “can I just tell (bully name) to hang himself?” And also “kill yourself” with a side of “if you touch (there) book again, I will hit you with it”. Please help because I feel like nothing works, and I feel even worse because my family friend thought I was telling him to kill himself. Just please, give me advice.

With something like rumors and such its especially ugly, you have to confront people spreading it directly, get everyone you trust on your side, get authorities on your side if you're in school. Have your friends confront the lies when they are brought up. And even still, some people will still believe whatever they want. It's much easier to lie about people who are not there to defend themselves though. Though to acuse people of lying, you usually have to establish a motive. Usually with things that are not even another's bussiness saying they're lying to be an @$$hole is believable, as one could argue even talking about other people's business like such is an @$$hole thing to do to begin with. Suffice it to say, all situations are unique, and tactics and principles which work for a large number of scenarios won't work all the time. I was bullied, stalked, abused, all kinds of things. I learned this first hand.

I'm 13, I've been bullied for most my life and I really can't stand it anymore. I thought my new school was a safe place but today I got called names and people even decided to throw rocks at me since im a really quiet person and a loner. Every time I’ve been bullied I get into fights and win most of them. Parents should really get their kids into martial arts to learn self defense, if the bullying are words, try to ignore and don’t be ashamed to tell someone.
I agree; bullying is not okay. Yet, that doesn't seem to stop negligent teachers and parents from ignoring or condoning such behavior. Bullying can be prevented or even stopped when authority figures learn to take things seriously, and take responsibility to do the right thing in stopping bullies from preying on victims. But if they're stupid, incompetent, and just don't care, bullies are going to do just as they please. In some cases, bullies harass their victims because it makes them feel good and because they enjoy it. And you don't have to do anything to them. Because often, bullying is unprovoked. Whatever the circumstances are, its a worldwide epidemic that has plagued society for ages.
I experienced bullying in schools in Bangladesh as a child growing up then coming to Britain I experienced bullying in schools in Britain as a child growing up. There is no racism in bullying but bullying happens to children in schools in every country. How can teachers and parents solve bullying in schools as bullied children won't talk to their parents about it and when they talk to their teachers about it it never gets solved as bullying happens again in schools.

This did almost nothing to help people with bullying, except at the very end, where it gives some trite, generic advice or assumes the bullied has a favorite teacher or someone to talk to. Largely it just identifies what bullying is, which is often not the problem. Also, in being publicly available doesn't this mean a bully could take the very general advice in this and reverse-engineer it to make it ineffective to the bullied, or even invert it all together? Imagine a bully antagonizing a student enough in subtle ways not caught by others, then having that student lash out in front of everyone and accuse that student of being a bully? That's stuff I've seen happen, and that would be nice to have a video which could teach, say, psychological ways of dealing with that.

The title is misleading. This isn't about "best solutions". The best solution research has found so far is The Bystander Effect. Using class sociograms can help this be put in practice. Also, students need to be told their legal rights and the formal complaints procedure and how to escalate complaints.

Okay, but what if the teachers already know bullying is happening. Like they see it, but don't really do anything about it, or maybe even encourage or start it? And it's not just one teacher, but like all of them. All of them are aware, of it, but do little to nothing to stop it. I'm pretty sure they think just, boys will be boys. Idk, I just feel like I can't really do anything to help those who are bullied when it's such a huge issue.
What if tell the adult doesn't work, what if adult try to be silence, what if after adult punish the bad student then others try to exclude the informer, then the case getting worse. Sometime if lucky meet a right adult to tell, it would be a faster solution with no doubt. But sometime not. Many children they treat bullied by school. Some of those stay silence many year then get depression. Those children, have no Friends, no partner, even stranger do not help them. Classmate, teacher, sometime they cant help or after help but get more worse. Get more worse means ...bullying will be upgrade. And the true always happen is, Classmate , because they are also children, they scare to get too close with victim because they'll be worried that the fire will spread to them. Those victims, feel hopeless, helplessness. Stay silence....Not good. Tell a wrong person or handling in wrong way.....Not a solution. Sometimes, need some luck. Not only just tell victims "Stand up, do Something, do not stay silence" even it is True and a Only solution.
If wasn't physical bullying it either verbal bullying. In my experience the most effective way to stop bullying is the law. I saw bullies cry after the victim parents file a case against them.
The worst case scenario of a kid being bullied would be when his parents don't support him, teachers doesn't give a shit, he has a spectacle, he is genetically weak, 0 friends, lost all his value This was my life once nearly though of giving my life but dont lose hope, never give up better days are coming for u, fighing the bullies was not a win for me but one day after getting beaten by 5,6 guys together everything stopped those days were of full isloation. I was bullied at school. I'm a grandma now and I've forgotten a lot about school, but not my bullies. I remember everything about them. One day I lost it and I beat the worse one badly. I got into trouble, but I didn't care. They became afraid of me and I thought fighting was the answer. It wasn't. And bullies don't stop when you leave school either. Standing up to a bully is actually easy. All you have to do is question. Ask why do you act .like this? Why do you say that? And don't reply to their answers, just walk away. I learnt to draw, and kids liked my art. I got I with the other arty kids. I read books, and found other kids who were book lovers too. I found a reputation for fighting did me no good at all. @Danny Dolan I was in middle school, I found anime and that saved my life. Then as an adult learned how to socialize online because I had no friends due to bullying. So I had to learn to talk and act since I missed all those important milestones.

When you are bullied it does extreme mental damage and you end up blaming yourself for it and start to think there is something wrong with you rather than something wrong with them. You don't end up growing up as a normal functioning person and you will end up struggling as an adult. It takes a lot of time to heal from the mental trauma and lots of therapy. There is a reason why many kids don't survive it and take their own life. It has to be stopped and taken seriously.

My friend gets bullied by an asshole in our class who keeps calling him fat. I try standing up for him but then they call me fat, once even poking fun at me being autistic. What made it worse, is a family friend I’ve known for years also joined. They laughed at the fat jokes, and even made a few jokes themselves. And I feel like nothing worked, telling teachers, telling them to stop (normally this would be followed with a joke at my expense) and even threats. (I know it is bad to threaten people, but I felt powerless and said in class “can I just tell (bully name) to hang himself?” And also “kill yourself” with a side of “if you touch (there) book again, I will hit you with it”. Please help because I feel like nothing works, and I feel even worse because my family friend thought I was telling him to kill himself. Just please, give me advice.

With something like rumors and such its especially ugly, you have to confront people spreading it directly, get everyone you trust on your side, get authorities on your side if you're in school. Have your friends confront the lies when they are brought up. And even still, some people will still believe whatever they want. It's much easier to lie about people who are not there to defend themselves though. Though to acuse people of lying, you usually have to establish a motive. Usually with things that are not even another's bussiness saying they're lying to be an @$$hole is believable, as one could argue even talking about other people's business like such is an @$$hole thing to do to begin with. Suffice it to say, all situations are unique, and tactics and principles which work for a large number of scenarios won't work all the time. I was bullied, stalked, abused, all kinds of things. I learned this first hand.

I'm 13, I've been bullied for most my life and I really can't stand it anymore. I thought my new school was a safe place but today I got called names and people even decided to throw rocks at me since im a really quiet person and a loner. I didn't know what to do so I just ignored them. They kept doing it again, and again. It wasn't really a big deal, so I didn't worry about it too much. But if they do it next time again and again, I'm planning on telling a teacher. It won't do anything though because they really don't care about detentions or nothing. Every time I’ve been bullied I get into fights and win most of them. Parents should really get their kids into martial arts to learn self defense, if the bullying are words, try to ignore and don’t be ashamed to tell someone.
I agree; bullying is not okay. Yet, that doesn't seem to stop negligent teachers and parents from ignoring or condoning such behavior. Bullying can be prevented or even stopped when authority figures learn to take things seriously, and take responsibility to do the right thing in stopping bullies from preying on victims. But if they're stupid, incompetent, and just don't care, bullies are going to do just as they please. In some cases, bullies harass their victims because it makes them feel good and because they enjoy it. And you don't have to do anything to them. Because often, bullying is unprovoked. Whatever the circumstances are, its a worldwide epidemic that has plagued society for ages.

I experienced bullying in schools in Bangladesh as a child growing up then coming to Britain I experienced bullying in schools in Britain as a child growing up. There is no racism in bullying but bullying happens to children in schools in every country. How can teachers and parents solve bullying in schools as bullied children won't talk to their parents about it and when they talk to their teachers about it it never gets solved as bullying happens again in schools.
I was getting bullied in high school and I, out of a knee jerk reaction used the six letter bad F word thinking about “what do all the cool kids say and do” and felt bad about that. This is my hindsight apology to a random video about bullying, for good measure.

This did almost nothing to help people with bullying, except at the very end, where it gives some trite, generic advice or assumes the bullied has a favorite teacher or someone to talk to. Largely it just identifies what bullying is, which is often not the problem. Also, in being publicly available doesn't this mean a bully could take the very general advice in this and reverse-engineer it to make it ineffective to the bullied, or even invert it all together? Imagine a bully antagonizing a student enough in subtle ways not caught by others, then having that student lash out in front of everyone and accuse that student of being a bully? That's stuff I've seen happen, and that would be nice to have a video which could teach, say, psychological ways of dealing with that.

I was bullied at school. I'm a grandma now and I've forgotten a lot about school, but not my bullies. I remember everything about them. One day I lost it and I beat the worse one badly. I got into trouble, but I didn't care. They became afraid of me and I thought fighting was the answer. It wasn't. And bullies don't stop when you leave school either. Standing up to a bully is actually easy. All you have to do is question. Ask why do you act .like this? Why do you say that? And don't reply to their answers, just walk away. I learnt to draw, and kids liked my art. I got I with the other arty kids. I read books, and found other kids who were book lovers too. I found a reputation for fighting did me no good at all. But being among kids who liked what I did, made it better. I think you're not alone. I'm sure these mean kids have other victims, or there's kids who are lonely. I can tell you are sensitive and kind. That's good things to be. This world needs people like you. Take my word for it. Good luck, sweetheart.
