From my perspective of the world which I try to be neutral gender wise.
It is an ABSOLUTELY amazing movie.
The audacity in the absolutely last scene says everything.
It is an unapologetic movie.
The character of Ranbir. Is very inspirational. Voicing his thoughts with such clarity, grit and responsibility.
The character In tune with his femenine side as well. He sensed the other person. Let himself feel but still remained in control. Cherished those who stood by him with honor, respect and honest. And absolutely Obliterated those who wud even dare hurt his family. And he did that with grace, if I may.
He did not just go off on a rampage everytime something bad happened.
He adequately channeled his fury so as to raze any chance of reignition of any danger.
Often , people with even a little more power than usual start getting corrupted but he remained so completely true to his principles.
Such an idea Being his character was.
I could even go ahead to say.
If a future species were to unearth our films.
It think this film Animal will be treated on par with Mahabharata or Ramayana.

When hollywood does this, you find it cool. When Bollywood does it, you just cry. John Wick series, American Psycho, Fight club, The purge, Raging bull, Resident Evil. Just some of the most popular violent Hollywood movies. Its simple, different people have different taste, calling them mentally sick cause they have a different taste than you and can treat a movie as a movie which is nothing but entertainment for a few hours is just obnoxious.

@@samarthnasnodkar5965I think this movie could’ve been a lot better, the editing was very sloppy in some places and a lot of the scenes were very useless like the whole affair scene I get like he wanted the info out of her by like why not just interrogate her, we see she’s not very stronger willed throughout the movie. The gun fight scene was very choppy and goofy like ppl would get shot and literally start flying which wasn’t consistent with other actions scenes, don’t get me wrong I don’t mind over the top but they have to decide what kind of movie they want when ranbir choked out his brother in law he was gasping for air which was a really cool and realistic add but then the gun scene, I also feel like this movie being advertised as a father and son movie didn’t explore the relationship as much as I expected, I feel like the sister and brother relationship was shown more.
And that guy holding a baby who had no idea of Animal's A certificate was a hilarious father...
Kids under 3 are allowed, if they are with parents.
Above age or below....this movie is total bakwas...

I find the movie extreme, but I understand that it's an expression of a man's response to his father's treatment towards him. Also the lead actor wanted to have a lot of fun to tell his ideas on screen. It's a lot to watch. I couldn't watch some parts. But it reminds me of John Wick and Kill Bill. I don't really get why people enjoy violence in movies. Most people in real life have no stomach for violence yet they like these kind of movies. I have seen some of the most violent shit made in the world which is why I find violence more or less disgusting now. Whether you kill a man with a bullet in the head or with a saw , or with your fists, or cut people into pieces, killing is killing, and a dead man is a dead man. Most people who love violent movies cannot handle real documentaries showing real violence, broken bodies and shattered humans.

Trailer was completely misleading. Movie dint live upto the expectatios & excitement created by the trailer. Father son bonding and relation was not shown to the level which trailer portrayed. It became a revenge film in the 2nd half when everyone thought it's going to be a father son story.
