I started Capoeira 2 months ago and went to the "beginner friendly" class. First practice we did cartwheels (Aú) on both sides and walked on our hands. It was really intense, but now I start to get the hang of it abit. But this is more actual beginners. The basic moves are really important
I'm 61 and very stiff in my lower body. I was finding myself too stiff to get all the way down into an elongated descida basica and negativa even after warming up with ginga. This workout is perfect for that! Thank you so much!
