My boy Eddie from Tekken is why I'm interested in this
EXACTLY
Plz cut the intro down.....less talk more jinga
Don't be selfish kapoor.
@@dogguyful not selfish but most of the you tube videos...be it guitar or anything....they talk a lot to extend the videos so that income and viewership is generated....so it irritates me.....and others dive straight into the topic n keep it brief.....that's respect to us viewers
Overhaul Dre Me toooo & we cant forget Christina 😍
Crazy, he makes all these movements look so easy, but they require stability, power, and a lot of mobility. Great stuff.
So thankful I got into martial arts as a kid. I'll be healthy and nimble and agile my whole life if I have any say
Its easy
@@MealBox941 peasy?
Cannot agree more this guy knows his stuff and is well practiced
I've been injured for about 4 years now, so basically I'm re-learning Capoeira (after 10 years experience I might add). The most difficult thing has been finding exercises that ease me back into training. This session is perfect!!
That’s great, soon you will be back strong
I’m sorry to hear you were injured. I had a brain injury and I had to learn how to walk and talk again. I love this video it gives me some direction for a workout that’s not too hard on my body.
I'm currently 34 but back in my teens I used to break dance and I was very acrobatic. I learned of capoeria back in 1998, thanks to character the Eddie Gordo on Tekken 3. I was geek'd ever since. Unfortunately, there were no classes here in Texas. So I use to go on practice mode in Tekken as Eddie and I studied all his movements and techniques. It was very difficult to learn, I'll admit. However, NOW, I'm waking up my skills. Your video is very helpful and I'm going to learn more from yah.
I really think literally every combat sport athletes should do capoiera. As purely a self-defense/combat-art, capoiera may not be the most effective on its own, but the entire art produces some of the most mobile, stable, and strong people. The fluidity, grace, and strength in full ROM that this art produces in its practitioners is something to take note of. A lot of martial arts are so hard on the body and can lead to producing a lot of people who, while experts and competent in their given fields, are stiff and in pain a lot of times.
Its maent to be combined with wrestling ;)
I found a new skill to learn and practice during my quarantine!😃
lmfaoooo meee too!! so glad I'm not the only one !!
Same here!!
cool
Same here
Hahahaha, nice to see that I'm not the only one who actually cares about this martial arts
My cousin is a yoga expert. He was impressed with my flexibility without training. Been doing strength training but i want to learn how to MOVE
Hi SIR ❤️😀 I'm from India 🇮🇳 I have always beena fan of Capoeira right from my school days, have dreamt of learning this special art and recently I have come across your videos/posts on youtube & now I am simply restless to move ahead with Capoeira, I m trying hard to learn whatever you have been teaching through your awesome contents, so just need your blessings SIR 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 You r a genius in this I admire you, your energy & all your videos SIR... So, just need your support for learning Capoeira Thank You Sir 🙏🏻🙏🏻 I would be simply elated to hear from YOU ☺️
I have been practicing for 20 minutes and I am already in love with Capoeira! I have always admired the swiftness and dance of this fighting style! I am going to train with your videos because I feel your love for it and how uncomplicated it is when slowed down! Keep it up 💪
@@maxzhao8331 tell that to 100s of people that died in the Bahia Revolt. Stylized Cap is not combat Cap. Combat Cap is a crowd control MA. Meaning to fight multiple assailants.
The only martial art done to MUSIC. Thinking of it as dance takes the meaness out. Still deadly.
In the new season of the Netflix show Insatiable they show capoeira and i was immediately interested! I am 16 and i kinda want to start training for Capoeira! I am already doing a fight sport so i hope that the strength i learned there will help me with Capoeira
vs editinq i saw that too and thats what sparked my interest
updates!!
I'm 16 as well and a girl. I'm interested because I saw this in Health class in another video. God bless
Unless it's bujinkan, whatever fight sport you do will help to give you some experience about distance, but that's all, as far as I know, only bujinkan and capoeira have the philosophy of evasive moments instead of block which need a lot more physical conditions and speed, so capoeira can help you with any other fight sport, but the other way around is not true.
Since you guys are younger, you should check out the movie "Only the Strong". Little older, but pretty good.
just starting my capoeira, and i love your way of teaching and willingness to teach, thank you sir)))
🙏🙏

DEFINITELY IN OUR ROOTS BRO, IT CAME FROM OUR ANCESTORS DURING SLAVERY:.:THEY PRACTICED FIGHTING AND WHEN THE SLAVE MASTERS CAME IN TO SEE WHAT THEY WERE DOING THEY PRETENDED TO DANCE, LOOK IT UP BRO:.:WE DONT EVEN KNOW WE HAVE OUR OWN MARTIAL ART THAT OUR ANCESTORS CREATED!//.
Amei!!!! Depois que mudei do Brasil comecei a me interessar por Capoeira, é a vida....Obrigada, pensando em aprender.
Love the detail you put in this video to explain the moves!!! Very easy to follow and understand :)
An exchange student from Columbian got me hooked on Capoeira. He started doing classes to make extra money while he was here in Canada on exchange. It was an amazing experience.. Pablo Escalante I believe was his name. Thanks for this video. It just motivated me to pickup this art again. You have a new subscriber.

Greetings from Finland, thanks for this video! I just recently started fitness boxing, and last time our instructor had us do Ginga! I had heard of Capoeira before but it was nice to try something basic myself. And now I have this video to help me practice by myself.
I love this breakdown... it looks easier than it really is though, but it has boosted my motivation. Thank you and please bring more. Blessings
I do tkd for the past year (self-taught) and I'm also interested in capoeira, even if it isn't a very effective martial art, just because sanji from one piece does taekwondo and capoeira (tkd is also my favorite martial art).
