Because the millennial in him comes out around people older than him!!!! He's my age, we're millennial when it comes to being doormats. Generational trauma man 😂
Fun Fact. Lorenzo Music provided the voice of Venkman for the first two seasons in The Real Ghostbusters cartoon and Garfield in the Garfield and Friends cartoon. Bill Murray who portrayed Venkman in the Ghostbusters movies also provided the voice of Garfield in the Garfield CGI movie.
Turns out it was pure coincidence, because the only reason Bill Murray took the job was he though it was a Coen Brothers film instead it was by Joel Cohen. But I still love the symmetry of Bill Murray playing the live action version of characters played by Lorenzo Music in cartoons.
12:40 Voltron was adapted from 2 unrelated Japanese anime TV series, Beast King GoLion and Armored Fleet Dairugger XV. 12:58 Power Rangers (1993-present) was adapted from the Japanese tokusatsu Super Sentai Series (1975-present) by using Japanese costumes, props, and footage with original American footage that has Western actors.
Little piece of tidbit for you all: In Real Ghostbusters, Peter Venkman is voiced by Lorenzo Music who had also voiced Garfield. Going back even further to the 70s, he played Carlton the Doorman in the TV series Rhoda.
Another tidbit: the reason why Real Ghostbusters is named as such is because of a live-action show named The Ghost Busters from the 1970's produced by Lou Scheimer (best known for Fat Albert and He-Man/She-Ra). After the popularity of the 1984 movie (which Columbia Pictures had to pay to use the name), Lou Scheimer made a Ghostbusters cartoon that debuted just days before The Real Ghostbusters debuted.
The nostalgia train hit hard with this video. Do a part 2 with Care Bears, My Little Pony, Dinosaucers, Gummi Bears, Heathcliff, Muppet Babies, Ducktales, Smurfs, and Transformers!
I just realized, though I am still a millennial, I know all of these cartoons. This has been a cruel awakening. Can I get an Amen from fellow geriatric millennials? lol
I was born after all of these (92) but my father taught me a love of pop culture history and I have seen all of these anyway. They are all great too, and several of them I watched as a kid.
I'm a baby Xennial (83). I remember watching the majority of these cartoons growing up. Is it wrong to be showing at the screen the answers when the reactors are getting them wrong? Lol
Of course I didn't know this growing up, but Inspector Gadget is basically like an animated version of Get Smart. And it's of no coincidence that Don Adams played both Inspector Gadget and Maxwell Smart. He even voiced Brain for a moment in the first live-action Disney movie.
🤨😮💨 ....if you're going to do 80's cartoons, it HELPS to show imagery from the original, 80's, cartoon. Both of the She-Ra: Princess of Power images were from the remake, that was neither the original sword, nor the original tiara. Same with the hair from Voltron. That said, got all of them. Most on the first guess, except for the bad AI ones as a first guess. Most of them I'd have been answering with either key lines, or opening intro songs. 😅
I'm a millenial, but I watched a lot of these cartoons like Ghostbusters, Rainbow Bright, Beetlejuice, and Chip and Dale Rescue Rangers. This episode brought back a lot of nostalgia for me.
Power Rangers was based on Super Sentai which began in 1975, although they started with 90s Super Sentai series. The second half of Voltron was a dub of Armored Fleet Dairugger XV.
This was possibly my FAVOURITE ep! These cartoons were my JAM (or my JEM🤣)! Not me yellin' the answers thru my phone like a complete maniac! Saturday mornings in the 80s were a good time!🤣📺🥣
Fun fact: Lorenzo Music who voiced Garfield also voices Venkman in The Real Ghostbusters. Venkman was played by Bill Murray in the Ghostbusters movies and in the 00s he voiced Garfield in those two live-action movies.
Garfield was one of my favorites back in the day. I do love the weird coincidence that Lorenzo Music was _primarily_ Garfield but also Peter Venkman on The Real Ghostbusters, then Bill Murray voiced Garfield in the live action movie... only because he thought a Coen brother had written the latter.
Kevin being like “adult me thinks child me was fucken stupid” 🤣 I’ve been rewatching movies and shows I used to watch and omg the writing in TMNT was horrendous. But 3 Ninjas is still so good! I watched it with my niblings and they loved it too. I used to watch that aaaaall the time.
Legend of Zelda wasn't a stand alone cartoon. It was part of the Super Mario Bros Super Show. Mario based episodes aired on Monday-Thursday, and Zelda was on Friday.
I know how Jayse feels talking about GI Joe action figures and other collectables. Used to have a ton of Star Wars stuff, some I wish were still around because some of that stuff is worth a lot of money. But like him lost that stuff through moving.
So many great memories here. Zelda: "Whell EXCUUUUSE MEEE, Princess!" Pac-Man: That intro jingle is addictive. You can still hear it in the video game Pac-Land. She-Ra: I actually liked the crossover episodes with He-Man. Seeing the two transform at the same time was something in the day. Voltron: That music still gets me every time. Countless more not listed. Thundercats, Silverhawks, Shirtails, Richie Rich, Thundar the Barbarian, Kid Video, Lasertag Academy, and Saturday Supercade.
Every single one of these you listed, as I read them off, I could hear each theme song in my head! God, I miss animation like this. But don't forget "Capt N: The Game Master" or "Dungeons & Dragons" Two more classics.
Need to have Annie, Kittie, Eric and Derek back on! Kittie and Eric paired together was such a delight to watch, I enjoyed the chemistry they had with one another. Annie was so sweet and bubbly. You couldn’t help but smile whenever she was on screen. Poor Janet didn’t stand a chance. And Derek was so funny, Kevin was ok. And obviously Jayse and Jason paired together is always a fun watch.
As someone with horrifyingly encyclopedic knowledge of 80s cartoons, this was agonizing to watch. I'd love it if you guys would also make a Guess the 80s Cartoon Theme video for me to scream internally all the way through.
in an episode of The Super Mario Brothers Super Show Maurice Lamarsh future Inspector Gadget voice actor played a live action Gadget. It was fantastic.
I think she meant it as a joke as in "Oh, you must be taking a child with you, adults don't go to Disneyland!" or something like that, but it landed badly and came across as inappropriate.
She littary called him a ped* by saying you gonna out with a 15y girl at Disney....like it's normal to think that and to say it. WTF Her joke was wrong tell.
This needs a part two. No Transformers? My fave show of the 80's besides other things like Knight Rider and Airwolf which then needs a list of it's own for 80's tv programmes for guessing. Really fun watching this though.
I had so many G.I. Joe action figures! Kung fu grip, armband busting bicep. Scuba Joe, Commando Joe, Desert Joe. And vehicles! Jeep, tank, motorcycle, boat. I never got the big ones. The aircraft carrier or the spaceship. It makes me sad because the ones from the early 60s are worth some money now!
I love how Kittie can celebrate herself and be so supportive of her competition just self uplifted and uplifting others. That’s so sweet I love it. 🫶🏽 More of this please.
Anyone that just said "Ghostbusters" would be incorrect. It has to be The Real Ghostbusters. There was another catroon based off an old series airing at the same time that was Ghostbusters.
Kevin's answering as if he's on Jeopardy. It's kind of funny!
Jayse is so tame and polite when he plays Gen X games, but when he gets paired with Millenials/Gen Y, he gets transformed into an absolute savage. 😂😂😂
That’s so true
I think he feeds off the other person's energy.
Because the millennial in him comes out around people older than him!!!! He's my age, we're millennial when it comes to being doormats. Generational trauma man 😂
He's soooo hot
right ? like when he's destroying Izzy in lyric battles every time 😂
Jayse Vs. Jason was a perfect combo!!!!
Annie is so fun to watch. Her happiness and joy is so refreshing.
Thank you so much for the kind words and thank you for watching!! 💖
After seeing her in this video, I want to see Annie matchup with Izzy next, just to see which one smashes the buzzer the hardest.
That would definitely be a sight to see
LOL I'll smash it the hardest! (Unfortunately, I don't think I made the cut to be a regular cast member 😥)
11:02 Fun Fact: Chip was modeled after Indiana Jones (the hat and jacket) and Dale was modeled after Magnum P.I. (the Hawaiian shirt)...
I love how Kevin answers like it's Jeopardy 😂

i love that kevin plays as if it was jeoperdy 😂
I think this is the first video I've seen with Annie, and she's an instant favorite for me!
OMG thank you soooo much!! 💖 It is my first video with React, but sadly I got cut for some reason 😥
@@annieh.8962you got cut? You're in the video.
@@KevinlyFatheras in I don’t think they’re bringing me back for other videos and I don’t know why 😢
Annie killed it ! Hope to see her back on soon!
Jem and the Hollabackgirls starring Gwen Stefani 🤣🤣🤣
14:00 Speaking of inspector gadget, I can do a spot on impression of Dr. Claw. “ I’ll get you next time, Gadget, Next time!”
Oh wow! You sound just like him! It’s uncanny!
As a child of the 1980s, Annie was on fire bless her heart made me so proud.
Thank you! I'm so happy I made you proud 🔥💖
Props to Kevin in answering everything in the style of Jeopardy.
** describes the original She-Ra **
** Shows screen caps of the 2018 remake **
** describes GI Joe**
** shows toys from the 60s/70s **
And then all the ones where they use "bad AI" images as the clue. WTF
Still trying to adjust to Jayse's new hair. It looks so good and fits him but long hair Jayse also looked good and fit him

No Smurfs?!?! That really smurfs me off a bit.
What the smurf? They couldn't cover everything
@garfunkle5447 I can get not covering say... Muppet Babies. But not the Smurs?!? Sacrilege!!!!
With She-Ra, however, the clues were from the Netflix series and not from the 80s Series!
OMG Annie is soooooo good at this! Also, as a 80's kid, these cartoons were my LIFE!!!
AWWW thank you so much!! These cartoons were my life too (as you can tell LOL)
I'm a millenial, but I watched a lot of these cartoons like Ghostbusters, Rainbow Bright, Beetlejuice, and Chip and Dale Rescue Rangers. This episode brought back a lot of nostalgia for me.
lol Jem and the Holla back girls!! HAHAHA that had me dyin...I pictured Gwen Stefani as Jem
GYAAAAT!!!!!
I remember watching all of these. I just love how Kevin thinks he's playing Jeopardy.
Thank you for giving me my childhood, would love to see more 80s Saturday morning cartoon shows reaction
Power Rangers was based on Super Sentai which began in 1975, although they started with 90s Super Sentai series. The second half of Voltron was a dub of Armored Fleet Dairugger XV.
I was looking for this comment
Kevin answering like Jeopardy. 😂😂
Annie is so wholesome and just amazing at this! Jayse with short hair is still weird, but it suits him!
This was possibly my FAVOURITE ep! These cartoons were my JAM (or my JEM🤣)! Not me yellin' the answers thru my phone like a complete maniac! Saturday mornings in the 80s were a good time!🤣📺🥣
58 yo white dude here, I yelled Rainbow Brite so loud, I scared myself, how the hell did I know that?
Annie is ruthless! It's awesome!
Hahaha thank you so much!! What can I say; I love my cartoons 💕
“Is your girlfriend 15?” Wow. That was a burn to Disney adults wow.
And really creepy and out of line. I did not enjoy this host.
😂😂 I don't care that was hilarious 😂😂😂
She littary called him a ped* by saying you gonna out with a 15y girl at Disney....like it's normal to think that and to say it. WTF
She-Ra's horse was Swiftwind, she abbreviated it to Swifty.
For the Legend of Zelda audio, you should have gone with, "Well, excuuuuuuse me Princess!"
Annie must be an only child, she watches TV too much, and she knows it all...lol
LOL I was 😂 TV was my babysitter!
Mr. T didn't jump the shark, he punched the shark.😂
Fun fact: Lorenzo Music who voiced Garfield also voices Venkman in The Real Ghostbusters. Venkman was played by Bill Murray in the Ghostbusters movies and in the 00s he voiced Garfield in those two live-action movies.
Jason absolutely is Zaddy.
It's so crazy how a lot of these 80s cartoons were also aired in the early 90s.
Shoutout to millennials who can relate!
I guess that’s why they slipped Jace in there.
Dang. This might be the first episode where I've had any chance at winning. I got most on 1st clue lol
I was born in the 90s but I still guessed half of these on the first clue. I watched so many 80s shows in syndication.
Wooooah, 2018 She-ra images to go with the 1985 cartoon? The video already lost me there, unfortunately.
The shot of the hair from Voltron is also from the modern reboot.
I was thinking the same
3:38 From the moment I saw part of the star I knew it was Jem & the Holograms! That was my favorite 80s after-school cartoon!
Some of these brought back a lot of memories. The others, I had no clue. It's nice to see people almost my age back in videos.
woo, finally an Adults React!! so good, thank you:)
Omg Annie was so awesome! I hope she comes back on soon!
omg thank you so much!

For the US that grew up in the 80s I have to say I think these were some of the best cartoons.
I believe clue 2 and 3 is from the she-ra reboot from Netflix
You are correct.
Ok, I want to know where you got those clips from "Rainbow Brite and the Star Stealer." I've been looking for that movie everywhere online.
I know how Jayse feels talking about GI Joe action figures and other collectables. Used to have a ton of Star Wars stuff, some I wish were still around because some of that stuff is worth a lot of money. But like him lost that stuff through moving.
Did they tell that guy he was playing Jeopardy or something because he’s the only one answering the questions like that 😂

7:41. She knew how they felt on that one. I enjoyed watching her laugh 😂. I was laughing too. They we're like what.😂 .
😃 reminds me of Saturday mornings as a kid. Finally, a video with Gen X 🥳
The POSTER SHOWN is not for the 85 SHE-RA!!!! It's for the later reboot of she ra. Different decade different animation

This episode really took me back I really appreciate it because I’m looking all these shows up
