Fall is first, so Eternal Darkness would be approptiate song 😄... I would say one of the best black metal songs I've heard so far.

... and they are playing with backing track and click. Plus there are lots of odd time signature elements especially with drums, Kai Hahto (drummer, nowadays plays in Nightwish) is playing lots of 4/4 against 6/8, for example. Several fills and licks from him are polyrythmic. Sidenote: Kai composed the drum parts himself - the singer, Jari Mäenpää, composes everything else.

Fun factoid. You mentioned Jari's strength in his vocals. He is missing 25% of one of his lungs due to Teburculosis. He had to have half of one of his lungs removed, so he is doing this with only 75% of his lung capacity.

Welcome to Wintersun, another good Finnish band. Very skillful. and talented band.
The blonde guitarist (Jari Mäenpää) playing in the middle is the same for this band as Tuomas Holopainen for Nightwish.
Wintersun, like Nightwish, is a band that doesn’t know how to make a bad song.
This song is from their second album which comprises only 5 songs. And three of them they perform in these live rehearsal videos. If you make a reaction to the videos for all three, then you’ve heard more than half of the content on their second album.
BTW. If you liked how they (3) sing together ...? Their third album has one song with a male choir. This choir consists of 16 Finnish male metal musicians !!! How is that!!!
Finnish metal is the best metal of the world. Just like bands like a Wintersun, Children Of Bodom, Nightwish, Stratovarius, Sonata Arctica, Evil Drive, Warmen, Elias "Evil" Viljanen, HIM, Apocalyptica, Tarot, Thunderstone, Raskasta Joulua, Jarkko Ahola, Sentenced, Brother Firetribe, Kenziner, Tarja Turunen...
