This is a nicely laid out home. Seems like all of the newly built homes in the Treasure valley are all basically the same style of home. Question for you. Is there somewhere in the Treasure valley where you can find newly built mid-century modern style house?
There are several pockets/builders here that have more modernized homes-so reflections of mid century modern, but typically not using warm woods or lower roof lines…usually more blacks, whites and gray tones-some wood accents and larger homes. You’ll find these most in the foothills on the North and Northeast side in Boise. There are very nice actual mid century neighborhoods in Boise like in West Boise on the Bench area. And of course there are builders who will custom build you a mid century look home if you have the $$.
@@Sunni5050 Oh estimating no more than $150-$180 for natural gas on the coldest months and the same for electric for the hottest months. On the “off” seasons, each would go down significantly.
Gray interior is so DEPRESSING! YUCK!!! I find glass front door to be a security issue. Tile in kitchen is too busy and will go out of date. Otherwise, the floor plan is nice. Yiu need to tell your viewers the price of the house when showcasing it.

Love it! How much are taxes? HOA dues?
HOA is currently $180/quarter and 2022 property taxes are just over $2700/year.
