Hey Kaleb, Okay the house is Nice, But real OLD SCHOOL for me. There is a lot of things that they should have Updated. Bathrooms, Kitchen Would have gotten rid of the Fireplace Replaced with Electric one. 1/2 Acres way to Much. Rate 6. House #2. I did liked it better than the first one. Although they Needed Brand new Carpeting and the Hallway to the Bedrooms we're pretty narrow. It definitely needs Epoxy on the garage floor, and the Drive way needs to be Repaved. Still Old School, But it has a lot of Potential. Liked the Fireplace, Loved the Kitchen, and the Floors. Not a fan of Pools, and it's looks like a Forest in the backyard. But overall it still a Beautiful House. Awesome Video Kaleb❤️👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍. Rate 8.

Nice homes. First house pools screening ripped. Cement work needed on driveway. Second house doors and cement work needed in pool area. They would need to come down on the pricing

Great videos. My question is, how can I get information on the electric bills for the property. As I will be retired I'm trying to come up with a budget for having a pool home and A/C running most of the year. Here in Michigan pool only open 4 ish months and a/c in summer. Thank you.

Like them both kaleb. 1st one back yard and pool is really nice, and second could use a few thousand dollars in updates. Prices could drop a little more but, the houses are definitely nice

May I suggest you wear a mic or hold the camera phone so you’re closer to the mic to reduce the echo in the room and get better audio. The video needed more light, probably a good idea to cut all the lights on before the tour. Just wanted to give you some feedback as a viewer, since these things jumped out at me immediately.

First home too expensive for a 23 year old home and is Lake Nona close to Clermont? Love the pools but these home are too big and too expensive for me

Hey Kaleb. Happy Sunday. 1st home large lot. 3/2 1/2 appreciated. Like the elevation. Different layout. Like the door to the backyard in the primary. 2 walk-in closets workable. They are deep. En-suite doable. Dining ok. Kitchen a little tight. Nice size breakfast nook and laundry 🧺 room. Guest bedrooms ok. Not really a pool bath because house occupants use as well. Like the enclosed pool. Huge backyard. 2nd home lovely front elevation. Do like the kitchen and the enclosed pool. Yes. Primary en-suite can be updated but doable as well as the hall bath. 3 beds to 1 bath 🫤. Both homes have great potential. Not too bad at all.
