Thank you, for the video, Kaleb, appreciate it! Old rule of real estate: don’t buy the most expensive home in the neighborhood. Well, with gentrification in full swing, it looks like these properties are the nicest on the block today. Prices felt high on all, even with the price reductions 😳.
The townhouse is beautiful. Perfect size yard imo. If its walking distance to grocery and pharmacy, plus cafes and entertainment, that's a huge plus. I can't afford it, but I'm looking to live in a truly walkable community. I also don't want to be tied to alot of yard maintenance.
Love it as usual.very high priced but I still like seeing all priced homes.very good you please everyone whatever a person budget you find a home.GOD bless you and family ❤
Well these homes are all way too expensive for me specially with the interest rates and the new homeowners insurance which is going to be skyrocketing. I prefer to look at something more reasonably priced myself
Hey Kaleb. Happy belated Memorial Day. 1st home 3/2. Like the front elevation. Like the privacy of the rooms on entry. Ok size guest bedrooms and bathroom as well as a spacious laundry room with sink and cabinetry. Large living/dining open concept. Nice kitchen. Looks like the island could’ve been a little further from the stove. Nice sliders and covered lanai. Good size primary and en-suite. Big shower. Can get more rods. And definitely ad a pool. Think it’ll drop more to maybe $450k. 2nd home a townhome. Don’t care for the front elevation . $645 each? Or both ? Must be both. Let’s see inside. I like the floors. Nice open concept. Beautiful kitchen. Large dining area. Actually a good size backyard for a townhome. 1/2 bath. Nice primary with balcony. En-suite floor a little busy but I like. Great closet. Laundry a little small but ok. Big closets in the guest bedrooms . Bathroom nice. This the gray house. Like it. 3rd home like the elevation. 4/3 1/2 is great. Flex room ok. Nice open concept kitchen/dining/living. Pantry works. Good laundry space. 1/2 bath appreciated. Large backyard and fenced in 🙌🏼. Primary and en-suite nice. Floors. Color scheme. Nice loft space. Big bedroom with en-suite. 2 more bedrooms and bath. Nice layout. I like but too costly. 3 good homes. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.
Hey Kelab. House #1 Is a very nice looking HOME, Although it needs TLC in the backyard. $565,000 is too Steep for me, Still a lovely Home. #2 Townhouse is Absolutely Beautiful, But Looking over the Neighborhood, It would have been much better to Build a Couple of Affordable Homes in that Price range of $645,000.House#3. Awesome, But I would be just as Happy in a Affordable Home, Then this one. $789,000 No Wonder it's been on the Market for sometime, Price is much to High. But Great Video KALEB 😻
Hello paid my five dollar just waiting on a price to foeld hoping someone still on my side i need it the tv on and im not the show so for peace i watched you and things finally stop moving out the hair and dirt moved with grass and wind and air this space is filled
I don’t love bedrooms right off the entry. If you have kids, it feels a little like someone could enter close to the kids room and you wouldn’t be close enough to know or stop that person. I think house 1 is headed for more price reductions. I expected it to at least have a pool at that price.
There are million dollar homes in Tampa that aren't worth 400k. Most homes in Tampa are old, and not well taken care of. New homes are priced so steep, only lawyers and business owners can afford them. Tampa is definitely going to get hit hard when the bubble pops.

I loved the house in Tarpon Springs. Finally a house with some natural light. Lots of these builders are building the caves with few windows.
That night we walked in that long living room I was pissed then that sweet beautiful case came it was perfect loved it I want it in my life

Thank you for your feedback and for watching!
Yes sir, I like it for the same reasons.
1st home price is twice as much as it should be.
When was it okay for a 3/2 to be over half a million dollars

I love Tarpon Springs !❤
#3 is a beautiful home, but what’s with the lack of a tub on the ground floor?
Asking because a tub would seem to be important for older buyers.
Actually, we older buyers prefer a bathroom without a tub. It's difficult to raise our legs over the rim of the tub.

Thank you for your feedback Aly!
Great stuff! That townhome has monthly condo fees?
Nope! no fees!
Prices seem like they are still way high
Thank you Kaleb, if this was an episode of House Hunters I would definitely get house #3 not to big not to small and perfect guest room
Thank you for tuning in, I hope you have a great week!
Do you service Port Saint Lucie.

What is CDD, I see you mentioned it often?
I’ve just asked same thing 😂
That first house needs more reduction at least three hundred thousand dollars more
Prices are way too high.
No way they are getting 500k for that first home. 320 at best. Small home, no bathtub in master, no pool, basic layout, small yard. Smh
Where is it ..?
Tarpon springs first house way overpriced
#1 not worth the price very small
Prices are way too high!!!
Another crappy overpriced house.
