It's depends on location. Some areas you can get a 3/2 for under 200k. But in most of my area that very hard to find. You will need at least 3.5% for a down payment.

The second house is my pick. The layout and outdoor is very nice. It needs a kitchen update but still worth the money in my opinion.

It is not glass. It is a nylon mesh. It keeps the pool clean and protects you against bugs.
