The first house would be a good investment for rental because of its proximity to Disney World. Renters don't need a big kitchen, and I wouldn't feel the need to change too much of the furniture. The second house might be good for a family's primary or second home rather than just a rental. The kitchen needs either brighter cabinets or brighter appliances. The third house would need a substantial investment to bring it up to the standard of the other two. It's smaller, and the pool area needs a privacy fence. I doubt that there will be a bidding war on this one!
I think you're right the first one is a nice house, but I'm loving the Davenport Area with the pool houses. You're doing such a great job now I'm thinking about getting into doing Real Estate :) Happy New Year Mr. Shaw

Great way to showcase properties & make sales. We are not interested in price wars but would love a ranch style with lani & heated pool as we are arthritic seniors.
