Laura you have gotten me so stoked. I am an early retired teacher( my husband died very young from pancreatic cancer) I retired to look after him. I cannot stand not doing anything and everyone in the world is tutoring. All of a sudden your video came up on you tube. I have been watching all of your videos for two weeks. I think you are absolutely talented and amazing. I want to be you when I grow I grow up.. Haha. But really, this is what I want to do in Canada. I live in Cslgary, Alberta and I want to learn everything I can.. I went through Shopify today and set everything is set up. Now the fun part, going to get the stuff... So excited. Have watched all of your videos which is sad because now I just have to go to bed😂
Being Navajo, being an artist and collector, I love your Navajo jewelry finds. I would choose what you choose, especially vintage from the 40’s-90’s. Good deal on all the squash blossom finds, not only on this episode but from past episodes as well. Crazy Lamp Lady passed on one for 675, and I was like “Nooo”.
The more jewelry I see in person the better I get at spotting the really good and rare stuff. I just never get tired of finding and learning more about jewelry. There’s so much to learn 😄 If this one doesn’t sell, I’m ok with it and will enjoy it for as long as I have it. It’s like investing in art. Quality craftsmanship is always a good investment ❤️
How on God's green earth does Fed-Ex lose a package that big. Sending positive vibes it gets to you. I am so looking forward to seeing how Little Italy is decked out.
Thx Laura….SUCH a blast….u guys r my tribe……I’m a former picker…30+ yrs & I LOVE the hunt…u do a fine fun job & I live vicariously thru u guys ❤👏🔥👍….oliver
Laura. I just wanted to tell you how much you've inspired me. My parents always had a booth or an antique store. My siblings and I spent hours waiting outside antique stores around the country. Followed by being crammed in between the treasures they found in our family van. Both are deceased. And I have begun following their footsteps and sell online. My son has significant anxiety disorder and doing this from home has given him a viable source of income he can do from home. I look forward to your videos every week. If you are ever in beautiful Asheville NC look me up. Thank you!!!
Laura, this video has encouraged me. We moved to the Midwest and have struggled to find really great thrift items. We do find things but they are not quite our aesthetic coming from the West Coast. However, we can just pop a state or two over and make a long weekend trip and find items like this!we’re starting to look forward to next year Thrifting
This is the reason I follow you I love your enthusiasm and your knowledge . I have not yet seen anything of yours that I don't like. I do hope your furniture turns up my dear. Much love from Scotland xx
I was so happy to find your Springfield trip posted so early in the day. I usually have to wait until evening. I have chronic pain and spend a lot of time in bed. I have actually been doing some hobby eBaying and love it. You and my other favorites, crazy lamp lady, and the niche lady have helped me to find something to do at my own speed and gets me up more. Can’t wait until your next thrifting adventure.
George is so charming and I’m infatuated with both of your styles! You are inspiring me to get back out into the wild and start collecting again! I’ve always loved thrifting and antiquing and I’d love to get into reselling one day. Thanks for having such a wonderful and inspiring channel!
I'm upset about FedEx losing your package. I was so looking forward to seeing those in Little Italy. I pray they will find it. I'm sending good vibes your way. I have a FedEx right next to my home. If they end up in Oklahoma let me know. I'll hunt that package down for you like a blood hound.
I like that you really showed the flea market and thanks to George, I now know what flow blue is! Great finds! And I still can’t get over how you flew in and out of my city!
I love watching these videos from last year. Such wonderful memories and it just brings me back to the amazing time we all had together 🥰🥰😘😘 George is crazing knowledgeable!
Watching this made me so excited for next year’s flea market already! This was such an amazing weekend. Wish we could go back and do it again! So hoping that the box will turn up! 😳🤞🏻
I can never get enough of your videos!!!! Would you consider ever doing a playlist with short videos on how to properly identify things? Like, real brass, real copper, sterling silver, real turquoise real paintings (not just textured prints) or even genuine vintage anything? Any tips you could give us with so we can learn how to not get suckered into fakes!

LOVE YOU GUYS FOR TAKING ME ON VACATION- I HAVE NEVER TRAVELED AND CAN'T NOW BUT AM ENJOYING GOING ALONG WITH YOU ON YOUR SHOPPING AND THE BEAUTY ON YOUR TRAVELS...THANKS FOR SHARING. GREAT WATCHING YOU. GOD BLESS YOU BOTH 😊.
I don't believe Fed Ex or the Post Office loses much. I think they steal alot of things they know have value. Sure, some are mis-delivered... but stuff can't disappear into thin air. 🤔
What a fantastic video! You shared so many great things with us, and George was wonderful. Oh to actually be able to visit a flea market like this!! We’ll have to settle for vicariously being there with you! Thanks Laura and Jesse!
I grew up in Ohio and live in Pittsburgh. I'm so glad you've found treasures in our area! I'm learning so much from you videos. Watching them is what made me fall in love with mid century modern design.
Oh Laura!!!! I really hope that they found your package. BTW just for future reference, Greyhound buses will ship larger packages. The only thing is that you will have to go to the local station and pick it up. I LOVED your Video!!! Definitely my favorite!!! .❤❤❤❤❤❤

Laura, it was so awesome to hear Jesse's reaction to buying the furniture for Little Italy. I usually get a lot of "crap" when I want to buy something that won't fit in my vehicle and I'm only two hours from home! Hubby's head would probably explode if I was across the country! LOL
This is info on your kent artware rams. Beautiful & rare art deco pottery double ram figurine by Kent Art Ware of Japan. A hard to find a piece with a whimsical quality. 8" tall x 10" long & 4.25" wide. There is one area of minimal crazing on the outside neck of one ram & a very minor glaze miss on his horn; the other has a chip on his inside foot as shown in the photo. The mentioned items are on the same side of the sculpture, so when displayed from the opposite side, though minor, none of them show. Great Art deco piece with no reserve. From research: "As it was in the U.S., Art Deco was made popular in Japan from the 1920s through the 1930s. The island country both adopted and adapted the Deco "look" being produced elsewhere while, in the process, making it uniquely suited to various levels of Japanese taste. Little is known with certainty about Kent Art Ware, or KAW for short. Identifying it is straightforward enough since each and every piece I have seen is stamped on the bottom, "Kent Art Ware - Japan". Judging by KAW's limited number of different pieces, and its mostly Art Deco designs, it was likely produced for a relatively brief period within the 1920's or '30s and certainly before Japan's 1941 involvement in the Second World War. Considering the name if nothing else, Kent Art Ware was exported to English-speaking countries, primarily the USA. It is virtually never offered for sale outside the US".
I’m sure that was so much fun hanging out with other knowledgeable people. I love thrifting and shopping with friends and getting to teach them about things, but it would be nice to be around people would are more knowledgeable than me so that I can also learn.

Hi Laura I don't coment often but I love your videos. I wanted to tell you I live right in the middle of Stoke on trent about 2.5 to 3 miles from H Grindleys where the flow blue was made it was in Longport, I am surrounded by the pot banks 5min walk to Portmeirion factory. Sadly Mintons is now Sainsburys but the old Spode building is still here. And a few of the bottle kilns are still here the buildings tell of the old industrial time as we had steele and coal as well so lots of history. Some of the factories have been repourposed such as Carlton ware is now student accommodation. Keep posting. Dee xx
Hi, Dee! I was skimming Laura's comments and noticed yours, I've always fancied a trip to see what is left in Stoke and environs of the ceramics industry. So interesting that Carlton Ware became student housing, I thought rather highly of their whimsical designs and some of the early art ware. I hope to find some of the latter to show on my channel
Wow, what a great video, you really found such amazing pieces, Laura!! It was also great getting to meet you and everyone at the Springfield Extravaganza! :) Hopefully your FedEx package is found soon, it's so devestating that it got lost.
So cool Laura, I had the privilege of meeting George at a local market where I live! He is really nice. I saw a few other you tubers there I watch also.
I have now seen everyone’s Ohio videos. What fun to experience it from so many different perspectives! Your videos are always such high quality productions; the music choices, the camera work, and the narration all come together to make beautiful, enjoyable and informative video treats! Great job!
I have been to the Extravaganza a number of times. I think the one in May is the best. One is in July and the last one in September. To me it is overwhelming! Glad you had a good time from Columbus!
Wow. I have been waiting for your video from there. You found amazing jewelry. I love every piece. Thank you for teaching me about the different signatures on the Native American jewelry. My heart is broken over your missing package. I hope it is found soon an safe
I went to college in rural Yellow Springs, Ohio. Going to Springfield was going to the “big city” and going to Dayton was going to the “metropolis.” I love southern Ohio, but live in Oregon now.
I get so excited watching flea markets. I just love them! Any thrifting really! That scorpion paper weight you picked up in the very beginning we picked up one in TX almost 28 years ago in a souvenir shop for our daughter. She still has it and she has bought similar ones for her son. You should have bought all the penguin ice buckets you find and feature them in your shop and visitors can try to snag one when they come by. Label each one by they place they were found!😂😂😂😂
How about Abram and Aryam Ram? They are a married couple and so in love. That's why they are joined at the hip. lol. I love your adventures and your home remodel Laura!!
Lost the box?!!!! I sure hope it turns up. That's heartbreaking. I love those rams. As for names, I think they're both lady rams, so I'd go with Sophie and Rosey. Strong names for strong rams. As usual, I love your video. I always gasp with anticipation when I see something posted by you.
Oh, I am so sorry your wire furniture got lost! I hope it turns up. The pieces you got were so pretty. And it appears you had a lovely time too! Love your channel.
The penguin ice bucket I believe is actually a bun warmer, my mom has one and she warmed it up inside maybe with hot water and then put warm rolls inside and served at dinner
Loved this adventure with you today. It's raining in Tampa and my day off. Perfect. I've had 2 mishaps with FedEx. A MC lamp from California to Florida, which I gave a 50/50 to it arriving unbroken made it to my neighborhood only to be dropped at another house. That person made repeated calls to FEx to come pick it up. It took a week but they came and got it and left it at my door. That was an honest person that took time to help that situation. Another was 100 miles from my home but it went to California, Hawaii then Guam. I live in Florida. FedEx was very helpful in both cases. As long as it shows tracking I'd hold out hope.
I love George! He is so smart and full of knowledge!

Crazy Lamp Lady loves that faux blue pattern 🙂
my fav part was george explaining that small plate's history!
Good time as always, thank u
I loved the belt and the leather bag.
So sorry about your package getting lost!!! Hope it shows up soon!!!!
Thank you!! Me too!! 🥺🤞
Wow ! Loads of Fun ~ I Would Have a Field Day There 🎉🎉🎉
You are one of my favorite ytubers and so glad you have joined with so many other favorites Confirms my values! Ha ha!
As always, fantastic trip with you and Jesse. I loved all the old paintings on canvas. 🌼🦋
The Penguins are for either hot or cold serving!
🌓Love the video as always, wonderful finds, I pray you find your incredible furniture very soon with no damage. 🤎🙏🏾😘
Amazing finds! Bummer about your Little Italy chairs. I hope they show up!
I have been here also as I used to live not far from Springfield! Love your enthusiasm always!
I don't know if you knew when you were at the Springfield antique mall that there were 2 more smaller malls on the other side of highway 70!
