The reason your blanket is puckering in the corners is because you need to cut out a square, about the same depth and width as you are making your cuts. Try it!

Yep!!!! Probably the most basic aspect of doing these blankets is cutting the square out of each corner first 👍

I've made hundreds, but I cut out the corners. Like your color choices! I even see two pieces together and make a queen or king size blanket!!!

Thank You so much for sharing this video. I have never heard about these blankets. My husband's mom just told me about them, & showed me how to make it. She cut the corners on each side.... She said you can tie it different ways. How much can you sell them for

Yes I make these all time cut about a 5" square out of each corner and it won't do that. I make and sell these all the time

They pull because you’re suppose to cut the corners 💙

I see she didn't cut the square shape out of the corners but I all going to try her suggestion instead. I always seem tomess up the corner square cut.

Hi I have a question. Could you use fleece throw blankets from walmart that are only like five bucks.

I k ow this is an old video. But I wanted to say, cut off the corners and then you won't have that problem you're having with the corners. The length of your tassel strips, cut that much off each corner. So if you are making 6 inch strips, cut a 6 inch block off of each corner.

Cut a square out in each corner and it won’t pucker at all. Now you don’t have to rip the fabric. That made me cringe! Yikes!
