I have traveled to Paraguay, done business there. We are coming back to establish a large project and will be HAPPY to pay this country and government 10% in taxes. Wonderful, kind and happy people.
Gun laws in Paraguay are very straight 4ward....the "basic gun" permit allows you to conseal/have your gun in your home and car,etc...for the formal permit you can "wear" your gun on you at all times...this type of permit needs to pass a license...paperwork that the armeria(places that sell guns) take care off ,it entails aswell a few hours course,a cpr course and safety course aswell as a show of your proficiency in the shooting range(which is done at the armeria aswell)

to add, the choice in the supermarkets is quite good, comparing to the neighboring countries (Argentina).
