I wanted to pair this with an updated book on local codes to start planning a post-retirement dream shop. I think I have just about everything I need between the two. The extra plans available for purchase towards the end are priced almost as much as full home plans, not little sheds however.

Honestly, I love the wide door to the bath. When ever possible I would make it standard. Makes the house seem more "custom". Tiny details make huge impacts.

This is my absolute favorite tiny home. I would take off the front porch and add on to the bedroom, and remove the built in storage in bedroom as well for more space. I love the back splash and counter top choices for kitchen and bathroom. Also love the fireplace.!! ❤

I agree. I'd go for a smaller porch and a coat closet/small storage area. Id even prefer a porch on the side and the current porch closed off for added room to add a coat closet etc.

Right off the bat I don’t like the exterior trim color. I’d swap out the red to dark brown. Fireplace is a nice touch. The windows are awesome. The high ceilings help to make the space even bigger than it is. Both really let in the light. Kitchen is way above average. Nice cabinets. Bath is way above average. The tile shower is exceptional. 10/10. Shiplat walls make a nice space even nicer. Like that they carry through the house. Makes for consistent decor. The master suite is very nice. The built ins are spot on. Never thought I’d see so much storage. A very efficient use of space. The porch is a big plus. Can see myself relaxing out there all the time. Great home as a cottage or a senior’s home. Finally, for all you get for the $70,000 price point these units should fly off the sales lot.
You’re right; outside color is atrocious, for an otherwise awesome home! I would also get rid of the dishwashing appliance. In a tiny home I would feel very confortable handwasing my two to four set of plates, forks and cups.

So glad i am not alone in watching, at least in part, for the man candy. I also realy like the ideas and concepts put forth in these small homes. We currently live in Orange County CA. Definitely not a price friendly place to find housing. Thank god i married well. I am contemplating ways to move ideas like these to permanent structures to combat the over pricing and also to alleviate some homelessness.

Not keen on the outside colour choice but this has got to be my top favourite. It has a great layout that makes this tiny home feel more spacious. Love all the windows and that brick fireplace really adds character. A door leading outside from the master bedroom instead of the cabinets would be great.
What a beautiful spacious tiny home filled with light! Best tiny home design I've seen. Love the high ceilings, wood ceiling, and actual place to put a table. The bedroom is well thought out. The shower beautifull. And best for a nice view. Wish you had shown the exterior and roof.

Love the house design. One suggestion have the windows open from the bottom so you can still open them when it rains for airflow, otherwise, it is a great house. I love the full-size appliances and the farm sink. I am a woman who likes to cook and so I hate those split sinks. Thank you for the farm sink.

I like that it's wheelchair accesible.Not too many tiny homes are.also I love all the built in storage and the big closet.I'd consider buying it if I could afford it and had a place to put it.
