I still think that (no disrespect to Jeffrey Tambor) Phil (RIP) would have made a great Mayor May-Who in the big screen Grinch remake. He would have had the right amount of smariness and comic timing to go toe to toe with the lightning force that is Jim (Though Jeffrey did a pretty good job himself.)
