He was at our school once. We learned a lot from him. I respect this man and the dedication he maintains to fire prevention. He holds no boundaries with his presentations of hidden dangers of fire hazards. Every community should be enriched with an outstanding fire fighter such as him.

But first day, first cut that I made on This job my shirt went up in 6 inch flames. The head plumber is the only one around. He told the entire 200 person company and they called me fire Marshall Bill for 3 years.
My sister and I were just talking about how we watched these skits as kids and were laughing at them, but now we're adults and they're even funnier because we understand them a lot better.

Honestly I love all the characters Jim Carrey plays He's a very talented actor.. It is my belief that this is the first in the series of horrific incidents caused by the one witnesses & victims refer two as "The Fire Marshall". A life of many hardships and horrific accidents can be seen written in scars on this old man's body. Yet, one can plainly see masochistic pleasure in some of his actions, which may be justified in his own mind as being a far more direct way of teaching these children fire safety. But when the classroom was first set a light by him, one could see true confusion & genuine distress in his face. His dementia then caused him to forget his actions were the cause of the fire, as he looks at the destruction & says "When will they ever learn?". But the moment we don't see is the one I think is the most crucial. It's the very last second when we see him walk towards the fire. To me, he died in that fire. And now, he walks the earth, an immortal spirit with a masochistic nature forever spreading his message on fire safety. Protecting us from danger, Ironically, by destroying us. One building at a time.
The school was rebuilt, but for unknown reasons, people catching on fire. The school was eventually shut down and a new school was built to educate the children. Now, some say on quiet nights, if you stand outside the old, abandoned school and listen carefully, you can hear someone say "Let me show you somethin'".
Reminds me of the fire marshall we had the child care center I worked at. Went absolutely crazy when he realized we were using milk jugs to make a craft for the kids. Said that if the sun hits it at the right moment, it'll explode and do more damage than a gallon of gasoline.
I have such fond memories of him and this show. My dad still sucks his lips in and says “LEMME SHOW YA SOMETHIN” and when my sibling was little, they went to see Ace Ventura in the theater for their birthday. They couldn’t remember the name of the movie so called it “Fire Marshall Bill Pet Detective.” 💜
I remember taking fire safety class in fourth grade (2005), our instructor Firefighter Nancy was cool, she would lead our class in song and dance, and gave us a CD with fun songs about fire safety, so we can remember what to do. I actually forgot the name of that album. Remember that PSA in the late 90's to early 2000's with that song called "Be Cool About Fire Safety"
