A big complaint with most RVers is the fact that many plastic parts on both the interior and exterior of RV's tend to turn yellow over time. Today we are going to share with you this simple and easy way to return you RV plastic to white without having to paint them.

Just a tip, its not the uv light that activates the salon care 40, it is heat (just ask your local hairdresser). I did my rv tub on a hot day and let sit for 12 hours with the rv closed up. It went from very yellow to white. Hopefully this might save someone some money from going out and purchasing uv lights.

I was really lazy and just got white plastic spray paint in a can and tada white vent :)
This project is the lazy way splatter this on, place in the sun, come back later and rinse it off. Done!!! Thanks for watching and posting your comment. Happy trails

Would this work on a yellowed external dome skylight?
I bought backup denture for $70.00 a total rip off and the teeth turned yellow in just a couple months cheap plastic teeth I bet. I am going to try this on them.

Not exactly sure how to apply this technique to the RV shower area. I did see the comment from @rvfeel-n-free6562 that said it was the heat, not necessarily the UV that actuated the paste, so I might try that out.
Wonder if this would work on cultered marble in my house?

It can be done use a UV light
So I could of just use the salon care peroxide that I have to white my rv shower instead of using paint.. would of been nice to know before since I have a few bottles

I'm so lucky to find your video. Where do I get the cream peroxide developer. Is it fr department selling hair salon product? Is there any percent? How about hydrogen peroxide use for cleaning wounds. And what colour is it. Sorry to ask as am not into this kind of product. Tks

Will this work on outside skylight? It’s gone yellow.
I don't see why not. Just dont get it on the roof material,i'm not sure how that will react..

About 2 years
Would this work for a fiberglass door? My door is yellowed and I’m afraid to paint I don’t want it to chip. I was hoping to just reduce the yellow
This would not be the Best practice for fiberglass. It works on plastics... Hope that helps. I would recommend sanding it and repainting it...
