  • HI! We're back with Part 18 of the Fury rebuild! This time we'll tackle painting the firewall the correct colour and start reassembling the front end of the car... I still have lots of rust repair to do as well, so we can have a look at how I did the right headlight eyebrow repair... Also: Agent 303 stopped in s owe figured we'd try to fix some of the hinges and latches on the 1959 Chrysler so we could refit the hood and trunk lid to help the car look a lot better!

Hey! Thanks for checking out the latest installment on our Fury project! This week we'll paint the firewall "Twilight Blue", and start putting the front of the car back together... Then, Agent 303 stops in to help straighten the ruined hinges on the 1959 Chrysler so we can get the hood and trunk lid working again. Rust is still the enemy, and we'll get rid of some more of it this week on the right eyebrow of the Fury with some more help from "Log", haha!
***Please hit the ol' "like" button if you want more Fury vids, ( It really helps the vids get seen) cheers!*****

Ha Ha love it. The only downside was LOG didn't get enough screen time ;-) When I was 15 I made my own ball peen hammer in highschool metal work shop, when I was 23 I bought panel beating hammers, but all I managed to do is bang stuff and stretch metal or reshape panels worse than they used to be :( My self made ball peen hammer was relegated to banging in wall and rawl plugs into masonry walls

"It's Log! It's Log! It's big, it's heavy, it's wood!" It also works better than some anvils at forming metal shapes.
Frankers' cameos are still the best interludes...Paint & body is exceptional as usual - but I then spotted you guys actually cleaning parts/wires...I thought for a moment I was watching "Classic Car Rescue". But then one of the Agents was aligning the hood hinges w/his beer can, so I was reassured that I hadn't fell through the void. I've enjoyed every installment of the Fury's resurrection, and can't wait for the final installment - unless Scott spots something else he can fix at the last minute. My final thought: I don't know why I didn't think the Frazer could pull that section down - that car is from an era when cars weren't just glossy showpieces, they could do grunt work. My deepest apologies to the Frazer.

Your metalwork is magical and sheer artistry!
I like how the rust flies when you’re banging on the Chrysler’s trunk. This week’s episode of Flying Rust!

Man, Deano just makes you happy to be alive! Such a positive guy. Great chapter in the Plymouth's life and I bet that Chrysler is grateful to wind up in your very capable hands. It's never too late for the forward look!
