How to remove waypoints on OS, Ordnance Survey Explore

Great timing. I uploaded a OS map route to my Fenix 6 yesterday and had a shed load of annoying 'generic point' markers all around the route, and I couldn't actually see the route if zoomed out to the distance I wanted. This solution has sorted it all out :)
