    Tried your recipe last night. Adding the oil with flour in the beginning didn't work for me as they combined into a lumpy mixture instead of silky smooth mixture like in your video. So I added the wet ingredients first then the flour which solved the lumpy mixture. Will that affect the cake?
    The cake came out quite nice but shrunk the next day. Still trying to solve if I had under or overbeat my meringue and/or underbake the cake. Chiffon cake is so temperamental!!!
