    Why my cake shrink 😢?

      Hi, I'm sorry to hear about that 😔🙏 There are some reason to cause chiffon cake shrink. For example, the meringue has not whipped enough or is unstable, the oven temperature is not high enough or the time for baking is not enough, the way of mixing the meringue with egg yolks and so on. Make sure you use the ungreased aluminium chiffon pan and immediately invert the cake to cooling it down after baking. Hope you don't give up & try it out again, I believe that practice can make perfect 💪🙏😊
