Easiest way is to look IC and engine light....if that is up, the module is powered up...does it work or not, that is other question
Opcom should be able to get the code from the radio if it’s the original head unit
What make is your "OBD Link Connector" tool?

I thought you had an Autel scan tool? They will often extract the pin code from the instrument clyster, and program immobiliser function on the Meriva B (replace ECU). If not, then just use the pin code and Opcom. Five minute job.
