2:00 this is misleading. That murder scene is a nightmare she has while in her car outside the hospital. Her boss wakes her up. He sees the knife in the car but doesn't know what it's for.
Horror genre is not my cup of tea because for me all horror movies feel like same plot. But trailer of smile movie captivated me so much that I watched it and I loved it. It was unique and had great ending. Hopefully, the sequel lives up to the hype.
Usually horror movies barely scare me. A few jumpscares might catch me, and there might be a few scenes which raise my hairs a bit... But that's all. Nothing was ever so scary... But this movie was TRUE horror. Absolute psycho horror, with extremely creepy scenes, and the brutalism... Boi, this movie makes everything else I've watched feel like an elementary school kid project. No exaggerations.
Now that this film has a part two, they should get Willem Dafoe to be smiling as Green Goblin through Norman Osborn as both a jump scare and a gag for part three.
Movie is basically about the way people deal with trauma, with their close ones often suffering too because of them. Top work!
Thank you. Just what I needed

sequel much better
Smiles concept basically copies ‘It Follows’, you should definitely check that one out if you like Smile. It’s one of my favorite “scary” movies
The sequel has the exact same plot progression and ending, its sad really, money grab
Was a big fan of the first film, so looking forward to this

I don't understand how the cat died. Did the cat commit suicide too?

This movie kind reminds me of it follows.
Yeah but there is no way you can prove this entity's existence
Other than the other one which they could see it through a blanket

did you understand the movie by watching this video?
@ Yeah, it all made sense, and even when I got a little confused I pieced it together using common sense!
Mine as well watch the first one still, it’s totally worth it. This recap doesn’t show all of the tense scary moments
I didn't remember ATrain was on this lol
Nice recap
You actually need to watch this before watching smile 2
I don’t think I’ve ever actually thought to myself that this audio could seriously use a desser
W0W!
You really don’t need to watch this before seeing part 2
I mean true but the context helps for the beginning of the movie with the ex cop and his connection to first films protagonist.
You kinda do
Yes you do
For Joel we do
Thank you. That’s all I wanted to hear.
Mid movie, saved me time thanks

Holy muhammed what a great movie!
So this is like the opening stanza to BNL’s “Pinch me,” where the thumbs-ups become thumbs downs? 😕
I looooove that song
