      I have one issue my face is very asymmetrical and putting the tool in my mouth hurts on one side because it's lopsided.

      @@faceyogamethod I had an issue with my lower lip being always open and going down showing all my lower teeth (not even partially). I had this issue after having a surgery. Can this exercise help?

    I can definitely feel my muscles in my lips and cheeks just like as if I was working out and haven’t worked out in a while. I will try to keep this in mind and take a before and after picture and be conscious of when I look in the mirror.

    I think it happens with eyesight, since extraocular muscles are connected to other facial muscles. At least my vision for distance is getting better.

    I would like to ask, if the facial muscles are torn, can it still be saved? The muscles at the corners of my eyes connected to the nose and lower corners of the eyes have been clearly separated.

      We recommend 3 reps and hold for 5 to 10 seconds, or 3 breathes for each individual exercise.

    I swear the second I put a pencil in my mouth. My brain was like what the heck are you doing? L o l and I completely lost my focus. 😂 This one will take some practice of holding the same position and then inserting something in which those your brain for a loop.

      Hi there! Here are some tips that might help:
      1. Follow the instructions in each video *fully*, really pay attention
      2. Visualize and focus on the muscles you're using
      3. Make sure you're not using muscles you shouldn't
      4. Practice in front of a mirror until you're 100% confident you're doing it correctly
