I can definitely feel my muscles in my lips and cheeks just like as if I was working out and haven’t worked out in a while. I will try to keep this in mind and take a before and after picture and be conscious of when I look in the mirror.

I have one issue my face is very asymmetrical and putting the tool in my mouth hurts on one side because it's lopsided.

I think it happens with eyesight, since extraocular muscles are connected to other facial muscles. At least my vision for distance is getting better.

And you know it works because zhe has zero lines coming from the mouth. Im 28 and dealing with this
