      Not certain about the points made but ,if anyone else wants to uncover ways to get rid of a double chin fast try Elumpa New Face Alchemist (just google it ) ? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my m8 got excellent success with it.

      This is glorious, I have been researching "yoga for face wrinkles" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Jenrooklyn Facial Mummification - (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some great things about it and my cousin got amazing success with it.

    Oh my god this actually works. I've just done 30 reps each in the morning and evening for one day and already feel the difference. The puffiness under my chin has reduced hugely and I'm seriously surprised. Thanks a ton for this!!!

    Today is my 2nd day with this double chin routine and i think it will work cause i can feel my jawline being tight i will do it for a month and will see if i can keep you all updated with this routine
    day 1 - i did it whenever i was bored and free i can really feel it getting tight
    day 2 - i can feel it being a litle tight every time i do it guess it'll work
    day 3 - done
    day 4 - done
    day 5 - done
    after 2 months i have no double chin it is no more there i have a tight jawline and no face fat thanks to her

    Okay. My turn to do it for 30 days. And I’ll hold out until the end !
    Day 1 : Feels rather nice, we can feel the skin stretched.
    Day 2 : I have some kind of body aches, but I feel like it’s working out.
    Day 3 : I believed it was an illusion or only what I wanted to see, but it’s NOT A JOKE ; I combined this video with exercises of other of this woman’s videos and my smile lines... have lengthened. She said that we’ll have a bright smile after that and... Dude, she was not kidding at all actually ! I’m shocked wth.. Can’t help but smile right now !!
    Day 4 : Maybe it’s an illusion but I feel like my jaw’s outline is less greasy. Also I try as much as possible to stop looking down while typing messages, and to keep my shoulders straight too, but with habit it is a little difficult.
    Day 5 : In addition to these exercices, I tried sleeping on my back and not with my face on the pillow. It was a bit uncomfortable because unusual, but I ended up falling asleep though. I’ll continue doing that.
    Day 6 : •___•
    Day 7 : Keep in head that no matter how often you get used to this training, you’ll never look sexy doing it. Here’s a piece of friendly advice ; avoid mirrors.
    Day 8 : I ate eggs today.
    Day 9 : I’m getting really used to this. I try to do several series per day.
    Day 10 : Lol my chin looks like a pancake : fluffy and bulky. ;_;
    Day 11 : ✅
    Day 12 : ✅
    Day 13 : Already 13 days of workout and I still can’t help but laugh every time I’m doing this.
    Day 14 : I didn’t do it. :< Hehe.

    Guys !!! I completely forgot to update from the day 15 to 30 but I finished it. I keep going doing these exercises when I think about them and have some time to lose.
    You must persevere until the end if you want results but I swear guys, that this WORKS. Be serious !!! You all have the time in a day for doing that !! I did 2x30 for each part of the face.

      Did u take before pictures? Becuz a lot of the time with things like this he placebo effect happens
      U may think u see results but nothing happens in reality
      If u haven't, take pictures now and when u do the after pictures, try to put ur face into the same position with the muscles relaxed so ur not accidently tensing them which will look like u have results when u dont

    So this is crazy! I did this a few times since yesterday and my jawline is already much more defined - like in those before / after pictures on instagram where people get injections in the jawline. What o_o . You are pure gold! Thank you so much 🥲

    First day: Nice stretch it’s pretty good :)
    second day: I added another exercise of 8 min to complement from another ytb video. I like it like that. You can still feel the stretch after the exercises. It feels nice.

    I’m 27 years old and my height is 5ft 1 inch. I’ve recently gained a lot of weight,and according to my height it’s over weight
    Current weight: 54-55kg so I decided to start working out😭I have gained fat all over my body 🥲so, I have planned different routine to loose 4/5 kgs
    And this workout is also added in my workout playlist

    I'll do this for 2 weeks so basically for 28 days! (Starting point- 12-16-20) (Ending point- 1-13-21)
    Day 1- I feel so relaxed by doing it and it was the most easiest face exercise that I have done yet so far ✅

      2 weeks is 14 days. 3 weeks is 28. MATH
      Edit: omg I’m so embarrassed- I’m not bad at math I’m actually good it’s just I just had a quick miscalculation. 3 weeks is 21 days lol- I was tired from all of my schoolwork that day I must’ve been brain dead 💀

      @@hamdablife7782 since I only started yesterday I feel that muscles are stretched, it needs more practice. What I can say is that I'm glad to feel that this part of my body exists 😂

    I’m gonna do this for 30 days😀
    Day1✅: my body is weird I’m skinny but have a double chin I’m like... what😀✋
    Day2✅: idk what to say 😭
    Day3✅: I feel it’s working 😏
    Day4✅: remember to be patient, but I’m 4 days in and I’m already seeing results 😀
    Day5 ❌:these two days were the weekend &
    Day6 ❌: I forgot 😀
    Day7✅: not sure what to say again🏃‍♂️

    Legend says nobody could complete this exercise for 30 days. On the 29th day they mysteriously disappeared and couldn't be found...

    Hi. I want to try it and incorporate in my bedtime routine for now. How many sets I need to do and how long I need to hold so it could be effective.

      We suggest doing the exercises in 3 sets, 3-5 times per day for optimal results.We recommend 3 to 5 reps and hold for 5 to 10 seconds, or 3 breathes for each individual exercise.
