- If you are seeing a double chin and a drop in your neck and jawline, don't worry, I have come up with such a simple pose to get rid of and tighten up a double chin that you can do anywhere! In fact, it’s SO EASY, I recommend you do it while you are in the bathroom!
A common misconception about aging skin is that it is only from age alone. One of the reasons I created the Face Yoga Method was to offer a combined program of body poses and facial exercises.
I truly believe that OUR POSTURE INFLUENCES THE WAY OUR FACE LOOKS.
It has become second nature to me to check people's posture and facial expressions - because they're so connected. I can't help myself! It's so fascinating!
One thing I have noticed is that recently more and more people, especially YOUNG PEOPLE are getting a double chin. And my mind immediately jumped to, well how are they living their day? How are they holding their bodies?
One of the main differences now is texting! We all spend so much more time looking DOWN at a screen and this is causing our necklines to hang down too.
Now, while you could start holding your phone higher (and you should!), what if you are already seeing a drop in your neck and jawline? If yes, this pose is for you!

Not certain about the points made but ,if anyone else wants to uncover ways to get rid of a double chin fast try Elumpa New Face Alchemist (just google it ) ? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my m8 got excellent success with it.
This is glorious, I have been researching "yoga for face wrinkles" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Jenrooklyn Facial Mummification - (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some great things about it and my cousin got amazing success with it.

Oh my god this actually works. I've just done 30 reps each in the morning and evening for one day and already feel the difference. The puffiness under my chin has reduced hugely and I'm seriously surprised. Thanks a ton for this!!!

Today is my 2nd day with this double chin routine and i think it will work cause i can feel my jawline being tight i will do it for a month and will see if i can keep you all updated with this routine
day 1 - i did it whenever i was bored and free i can really feel it getting tight
day 2 - i can feel it being a litle tight every time i do it guess it'll work
day 3 - done
day 4 - done
day 5 - done
after 2 months i have no double chin it is no more there i have a tight jawline and no face fat thanks to her

Okay. My turn to do it for 30 days. And I’ll hold out until the end !
Day 1 : Feels rather nice, we can feel the skin stretched.
Day 2 : I have some kind of body aches, but I feel like it’s working out.
Day 3 : I believed it was an illusion or only what I wanted to see, but it’s NOT A JOKE ; I combined this video with exercises of other of this woman’s videos and my smile lines... have lengthened. She said that we’ll have a bright smile after that and... Dude, she was not kidding at all actually ! I’m shocked wth.. Can’t help but smile right now !!
Day 4 : Maybe it’s an illusion but I feel like my jaw’s outline is less greasy. Also I try as much as possible to stop looking down while typing messages, and to keep my shoulders straight too, but with habit it is a little difficult.
Day 5 : In addition to these exercices, I tried sleeping on my back and not with my face on the pillow. It was a bit uncomfortable because unusual, but I ended up falling asleep though. I’ll continue doing that.
Day 6 : •___•
Day 7 : Keep in head that no matter how often you get used to this training, you’ll never look sexy doing it. Here’s a piece of friendly advice ; avoid mirrors.
Day 8 : I ate eggs today.
Day 9 : I’m getting really used to this. I try to do several series per day.
Day 10 : Lol my chin looks like a pancake : fluffy and bulky. ;_;

Day 13 : Already 13 days of workout and I still can’t help but laugh every time I’m doing this.

Guys !!! I completely forgot to update from the day 15 to 30 but I finished it. I keep going doing these exercises when I think about them and have some time to lose.
You must persevere until the end if you want results but I swear guys, that this WORKS. Be serious !!! You all have the time in a day for doing that !! I did 2x30 for each part of the face.

Did u take before pictures? Becuz a lot of the time with things like this he placebo effect happens
U may think u see results but nothing happens in reality
If u haven't, take pictures now and when u do the after pictures, try to put ur face into the same position with the muscles relaxed so ur not accidently tensing them which will look like u have results when u dont

@@karliaboyer5041 it really depends on how much fat it is if its a lot then maybe two sets of it but if its a little fat then maybe you should do one time every day
