Just read some good news that Fisker is in talks with 4 different car companies interested in buying Fisker (3 have signed NDA’s); per 10K, to avoid bankruptcy Fisker must come up with a way to satisfy their obligations by May 23, 2024 (30 days from the DOI of the 10K) or bankruptcy.
The story goes on: During an all-hands meeting with staff today, Fisker CEO Henrik Fisker informed employees that discussions are underway with four automakers regarding a potential acquisition. However, he also cautioned that the company faces the risk of closure this year if the acquisition talks end up with no deal. $FSR $FSRN
Have to agree with your suggesting that there really is nothing exciting out there and the Ocean is a standout in uniqueness. I test drove a Tesla Model Y. Came in 5 exterior colors, which is ok. Interior choices, white and black. I asked if they had any carbon fiber or wood grains and NOPE. And in any given mile in Scottsdale, Arizona, not exaggerating, I will see 3 or 4 Tesla. I did test drive the Polestar 2, and of course it's a sedan and not an SUV, and it was rather nice. If I was going for a Sedan that might be it. I do own a 2020 BMW i3s REX which is rather cool. And no range anxiety because the REX is a range extender to grab 80 miles running a small scooter engine that runs a generator to maintain the HV state of charge. But, you are so correct. What else is out there that is unique. NOTHING.
Purchased 12700 fsr this morning its gonna run to 3 dollars in no time. Im in LA i just saw one fly by me on the fwy yesterday i saw one on a flatbed truck 2 weeks ago being delivered i took a pic of one in Culver City parking lot. I need about 5k to invest in FSR

Looks like Fisker could still be in talks from 4 auto makers to buy the company. Now, that does not mean retail will be saved but it certainly would be good for current Ocean owners and hopefully retail is also thrown a bone here. Interesting
I highly doubt a deal was struck as we would see something happening on the SP regardless of any announcement. That being said, yes until we hear an official statement we just don’t know. I would not hold my breath on this, I would assume the new CRO has taken the resigns today and is starting his process with direction from the note holder. Henrik and Geeta are powerless as they gave up all of their rights in default. The best one can hope for in my opinion is that Fisker lives on in some capacity with the warranty being honored.
Fisker is not going to give that company up. He is going to go down with the ship you watch. I think it's going to be hard to find an investor. Just think Ford just a lost of billion of dollars on its EV program. The cars are beautiful but until they get down to a price which is affordable for everyone and also more charging stations it's not going to take off.

As long as the news talks result in a deal, fine, but imagine if it doesn’t and we now know he turned down another deal.
Fisker is finished. Henrik is a past master of selling dreams to gullible investors. If anyone truly believes that you can run a successful car business by outsourcing everything, as Fisker has done, you need counselling. Where's the profit potential? Especially as he outsourced to a high labour rate European country!
