Received Ocean Extreme yesterday just before we going to vacation, couldn’t drive much, looks so nice and sexy…can’t wait to return home and drive it.

The note holder may try to force FSRN into liquidation, though the investor has abrogated shareholder rights in attempting to do so. There’ll be a legal challenge to follow BEFORE any substantive court proceedings regarding any winding up. There are also several pieces of the puzzle here which don’t exactly fit together just yet.. My guess Fisker = Tata

Great review with a minor lack of understanding of Tesla cars. Tesla car company is worthless without DOJO. Elon did mention that he need to have 25% control of Tesla. If the June 15 voting outcome is not to his favor, he will pull out the DOJO system and the ROBOTIC DIVISION away from Tesla. Those two divisions belong to Elon 100%. GM, FORD, and the rest of the EV companies know that the DOJO system is second to none.

TATA announced acquiring 4 EV in 2024! So Fisker might be an option. Bcse Fisker has 4 types of cars as planned. India was the largest EV importer in 2023, so there is a market!

Tata Motors in India -is the word now, they are also the owner of Land Rover and JAG too, Henrik have been talk about open sale and production of the Ocean in India for the Asian market, and they had mention of been in talk with a partner in India (where the software partner also is located) -two years ago now I think when Henrik mention it?

According to the manufacturer, these come with a 40k mile warranty. LOL. I didn't read the fine print, but I'm sure there's a disclaimer for heavy EVs with high-torque motors. I'm at 3000 miles in my Fisker Ocean Extreme. I have a pretty gentle foot, both accelerating and braking, and drive mostly in Fun mode for the AWD. But the roads in my area (San Diego) are not good. I didn't measure my tread depth, but I'm concerned that they look unusually worn. (I'm an engineer with 37 years of driving cars and pay attention to this stuff) I think I'm going to get them rotated at 5k and hope for a good tread depth measurement.

This is quite impressive. Much more than I thought based in prior reports. This unique feature isn't talked about enough IMO, especially at places like Stocktwits.

Over the last three years you were predicting $100+ stock prices for FSR on ST and I tried to tell you that you were wrong. You told me I was flat out wrong and you blocked me. Now you are predicting doom and gloom and the bankruptcy of FSRN. I am going to again tell you that you are wrong. A FSRN investor today, has a far higher chance of success in terms of return on current investment $0.07/share than it ever did before. HF and GF were criminally incompetent and with them now puppets of a fully capable DiDonato the company will be turned around. Now is the time to be buying.

@Ocean1_FSR I've never invested directly in a company before buying stock in Fisker. My question to you is: why can't Fisker publish the budget that the undisclosed investor requested, especially to shareholders? It seems to me that doing so could inspire confidence among automobile owners (yes, I own one) by revealing the funding allocated towards software development and owner repairs. Is it just me, or does it appear that most of the money is being spent on overseeing liquidation? Afterall, the 8k does reveal that the agreement authorizes the automobiles to be sold at auction and word has it that the dealers have the cars now via consignment.

The 10-k prevents merger…it specifically states this can’t happen…the note holder wants to liquidate 1) they own 16 patents..56 pending( has no value till the process is done….which could take up to 2yrs depending when the patent process was started 2) substantial doubt survivability …cash from $ 736 million dec 2022 to $325 million dec 2023 3) ridiculous statement how critical Henrik Fisker is…. 4) they admit..management has limited exp operating a public company..they have very limited exp in dealing with laws and accounting weaknesses in reporting/maintaining financial controls which could effect timely or accurate statements 5) possible warranty reserves could be a problem 6) failure to file timely reports with the SEC….impacting ability to raise capital 7) I love the fact there class B stock had 10 votes per share…while the class A stock 1 vote per share..only the owners/co-founders/board of directors/CEO/CFO has all the class B Check out… channel Adam’s Everything EV……video I read the Fisker 10-K

hi there.as far as i observed,fisker needs to get rid of all the stock oceans.with a message like that it will never happen.i just wonder if there is any system behind that........they stopped roadside assistence(via email) already on 4th of may here in austria........

In Germany we have already at 3rd March received a Mail with a similar content for our country & cars. It has stopped the next day. Hope we all never need it. But for sure it is another step down.

Great money saving for a useless service that 99% of owners will never use because insurance already has roadside coverage.

I thought with their latest 10k they couldn’t do a buyout due to their note holders regulations

I see too many Owners negating the value of the roadside assistance. Do you all not realize that it covered your towing, BUT also an alternative rental, lodging if needed, warranty coverage, and the return transportation, of your Ocean back to you. I see many saying "so what" or "we have AAA". This was promised, per contract, and it's a breach and fraud. AND, how dare they say "your needs are met". They do not even answer the phone for warranty service. Total and COMPLETE disrespect.

If your Ocean dies on the road and ordinary mechanic will not be able to help. Your only shot is to tow the car to the closest Fisker repair depot. This may be hundreds of miles away. Drivers of Rivians have been known to pay thousands of dollars in towing fee. Obviously it get much worse if the Fisker repair depot closes down. Knowing all this, why would anyone buy a new Ocean now?

Just got my email stating Fisker Roadside Assistance is no more

OK. You might not heard or understood the news. Fisker GmbH, the Austrian subsidary who actually producted the Fisker Ocean at the Magna Steyr facility is bankrupt. Magna themselves declared that they will not produce Fisker cars any more and laid off 500 people back in April. - Around the globe, Fisker shops are closing and Fisker themselves have let go more than 80% of their worldwide staff. - This company is dead. There will be no future software upgrades besides of Version 2.1, there will be no further development and there will be no more oceans built. Take this as a fact. ADAS, a system developed by Magna will not be developed further in Fisker cars. Magna has officially ended this chapter. So, there will be no ADAS or anything else.- The only reason why Fisker is still there, is the fact that they still have quite some cars in their inventory and their noteholder wants to convert them to cash, before the company is finally folded. - This being said, it does not matter how good or bad a review is. The company is dead. And thats a fact. There will be no future software upgrades besides 2.1. This chapter has ended.

Finally my Daily "Ocean1" Fisker update! I can now sleep after my Ocean1 update, I am addicted! None of the others will suffice. LOL. No I haven't lost it, just having fun. Hope you had a great day and weekend! ;)
