Still pulling for Fisker since I am a share holder on Robinhood. The crazy thing is your channel inspired me to buy more shares in the struggling EV space. Fisker couldn’t be purchased on Robinhood, but in the spirit of you channel, I picked up 1200.00 worth of FFIE @ .08 a share. Recently it was squeezed and pumped, I was able to sell and pocket 34k. As well as still holding 3000 shares. Craziest move I have ever benefitted from. Thanks to your channel….
Versions 3 & 4 are in the final stages of development …. Yea! I got an email yesterday from Fisker about the tow bar I ordered and did not receive which now is not available, so they asked if I wanted a refund? I feel like small things are happening at Fisker, more so now that V3 & V4 are likely happening!
@@patrickmendonca9564 yea, they made the refund offer in an email I have. I don’t expect to receive a check, let alone one that includes all the interest I’ll pay since the tow bar is in the principal balance of my car loan. We’ll wait and see.
There wont be a v3 and v4. The software, espeically v4 was done and tested in Austria by Magna as ADAS is their system. And they stopped doing so mid April. Forget it. 2.1 is the final version. And it is unsure if you will ever get it.
You sir are an angel that walks amongst us. My question is could a company be saved by it's shareholders. Say this news is enough to get Fisker back on the NYSE?
@@Ocean1_FSR Look at the $400 million loss Magna is reporting due to fiskers absence, 2027 would be the earliest they could restart with a new partner to recoup this, make sense to get back in bed with your ex
Only if the stock price rose high enough for Fisker to do a share issuance fundraising and only if noteholder allows this, no one knows why Fisker didn't raise $$ when stock price above $ 6. Just saw AMC issue shares again to raise funds.
@@matthewspry4217 For me it is unbelievable how unreflected a lot of Print Media forwarded the opinion of one you tuber. Only due to the fact that he cries loud.
In the U.K. the California mode is nice to have but the solar roof - well let’s say we get about a month a year when it might generate some extra charge here on the West Coast of Scotland - not renowned for its endless weeks of sunshine more like its endless weeks of overcast and drizzle! There is a fair decent number of One’s and Extremes on the roads here. I had two test drives just before the financial woes started in earnest and was going to buy one but bought a similar sized EV instead.
This is great news and thanks for sharing , what I find interesting at the end of your video you said with almost certainty that fisker will file Chap 11. Company as of today owes 3.4M debt to the note holder and selling cars and their software division is working hard to deliver the updates. They have emailed owners of the Sport models to start paying for some of the packages , there are rumors of the factory being built in Arizona. What all this means is we almost certainly know nothing about the internal affairs of the company except for what we see on the 8K which is not much . so I guess there is a third option that Henrik wants to keep his company as unlikely as it might sound , wouldn't they have announced Chap 11 by now when everyone is talking about? they sure aren't helping themselves selling cars with the rumors of BK hanging over their product
@@Ocean1_FSR well seems to me Chap 11 threat is Fisker's way of keeping the noteholder in line while they go about their day to day business , way of telling the noteholder " put up with the current situation or else we file Chap 11" unless Fisker restarts production I don't think the note holder can get anything out of Fisker at this point specially if Fisker files for chap 11
I am, almost tempted, to find out if there is a way to disable OTA. I see post from some owners that their OTA was not completed due to either low 12v battery, and I am not at all sure why an update pulls power from the 12v on Oceans both pugged in and with full high voltage battery charges. I am tempted to stay, as is and somewhat satisfied than taking a risk of absorbing the OTA. Or, if Fisker survives then bringing it to a service location and have them do it with my hands off of it. Very scary to see the car start it's OTA with your fingers crossed. And there is also a worry, every morning, how is my 12v, did it survive the night, will it start, will I have to call Fisker to recalibrate my back most doggie windows. Will they answer the phone, will they have parts, will they schedule a service, will they even be around to answer the phone.
@@Ocean1_FSRmine truly drives better when its used daily, or at least does not sit for more than 36 hours. I make sure i have well over 50% SOC if its parked for a few days to “be safe”. I find leaving it plugged in is useless as even if i have SOC set for 80% and it reaches that level, the car will not actually maintain 80% soc for whatever reason even if you leave it hooked to your L2 charger.

If we pull out of this Fisker needs to start on the Pear next. The competition right now is get a quality EV in the market in the 20K to 30K range, the lower the better. Tesla needs to put out a EV in the 20 to 25k range or they are done in China. China is the biggest market for EVs in the world. If Fisker can put out the Pear in the 20 to 25K range it will do well in the US, Europe and China.
No competition in the EV truck market .. Rivian is expensive and CyberTruck...what can you say. Plus Fisker needs the higher profit margins the Alaska Pick-up would bring.
Magna idled production and in their financial reporting stated they assumed production would not restart, but that would be up to a partner or Co that may acquire Fisker.

Hi.. What brokers people use to buy/sell Fisker shares on OTC market?

Etrade, Schwab, not sure about others.

Any ocean should survive an OTA, some people just don't drive the Oceans and they leave them unplugged. Not a great combination...
