All these comments talking about him speaking fast he did really good at explaining it. Just because you are too lazy to rewind doesn't mean he is talking fast it just means that you need to listen and not do other things.
I love your videos, man. Thank you. Another very useful one! :) Just FYI: the bottom left screw of the autopilot panel it's clickable and acts as TOGA button ;)
Really useful stuff ! I learned many new things :) I'm going to watch this video many times, I'm sure. My brain is boiling, information overload ! Need to practice :)
might add there is a TO/GA button specifically for mouse players on the little screw in the left corner of the MCP (under course bug and left of the F/D switch all the way to the edge). looks drooling to change cameras to toggle TO/GA on the throttle itself.
after loading route on tablet and fmc, after taking off and lining up with pink flight plan route line, what buttons do we need to presess to keep it on the line following the route ?
Is there a way that my flight info could be uploaded to FMC automatically when I get into the plane? I am a novice and know how to mess around a little bit, but this video did not help
Hi. I can input departure and approach, but for example if I am landing at Sydney YSSY and I’m coming in waaaaaay early at 1500ft, I can’t seem to even be able to activate loc. I can press approach and obviously I’m low. But the magenta diamond for altitude is high (good) but the plane stays at 1500 due to altitude hold which I can’t turn off. So what ends up happening is I just continue at 1500 ft and fly over the runway. It doesn’t descend even with app on. I can’t turn off alt hold, can’t seem to descend to land. I also can’t seem to be able to use vnav but lnav is working. FYI I can do all the above on the 747 and on the a320. I realise that is a lot of questions, but anything you can tell me to help me land would be great
When you put the gear down, why did the App light turn off and the Speed light turn on? I thought App light on means the autopilot is following the ILS
i have had zero issues with VNAV on about a dozen flights so far. Ascent and Descent work exactly as expected. Majority of VNAV problems I see people having is in thinking VNAV is a completely automatic system that requires no input from user. VNAV requires input into the FMC and weights and balances to be setup to properly calculate (technically winds too but its not as important for sim). It also requires users to confirm top of ascent and bottom of descent on AP ALT bug etc...
Why are you running so fast with your videos. Most of us watching here are all bigginers and its nice you trying to help with your videos but your speed man needs to be cut in half. What is your hurry??? Your videos are so good but your presentation takes a big hit with your speed of presenting the information. PLEASE slow down so we know what to do. We are not pilots here... :)
I couldn't make it past 4 minutes. I should've known at 0:59 - just flick this switch here, flick this switch here. Jeezuz man, if I knew what to press I wouldn't be watching in the first place, things need to be explained without me having to rewind the video.

Slow down bro. Good information but too fast.
That was awesome ! Good pace as usual :) I learned a lot ! Haven't flown 737 since May, so it's kind of learning from beginning

a real pilot. I know cause he speaks pilotese
The screw on the lower left of the course knob does TOGA too for some reason haha (or at least it does on the 738)
Great video, man. Thanks!

Thank you Quagmire
Loved the video. Was thinking of getting the pmdg 737 800. Hoping this is the same

Very helpful 👍

Recap for me, such a long time I've flown 737. I'm going to push out 737-600 from the hanger :)
You sound like Sam Morill haha. Especially at 4:31
Also great video thanks.
Awesome instructions ! Capitan 👨🏻✈️🫡👍🏻
Is it the take off bump that allows the plane to pitch up on its own.
This is the matt of msfs

Why are you in such a hurry?
Dude could give Rap God a run for its money. IYKYK
oh dear, my brain melted :(
My VNAV doesn’t work and also I cannot engage both Autopilots at once without one of them just turning itself off. Anyone knows why?
Have you had an issue with the cabin pressure. Also, are there any circumstances to where LNAV and VNAV will not engage?

@@NOTAM1 interesting, I didn't know you had to confirm TOC and TOD. Where in the fmc do you confirm it? In the legs?
Had to put the video in 0.5 playback speed and sounds like a very drunk pilot!
how did u make the plane autotrim in the takeoff menu? i always swing the wheel manually lol
Auto trim..?
my autopilot won't arm though CMD button
Some of you guys hating because he talks fast its way better like that.😂
Bro talk in 2x speed
I may have missed something I did the flaps, speed settings, trim and it just stayed on the runway lol. Yes did toga swtich.
parking brake, probably
My lnav isn’t working
What about AP??? Tha heck
Mine does not work at all with the BBJ. May have to reinstall the plane again.
my pmdg LVAN does not work on this plane
@@dkb2080 That's not a plane problem, that'd be a problem with your flight plan/useage
ı just wonder why are you speaking such fast sir maybe bcz of ATC?::)))
...was that a Jeff Dunham reference? :D
Why don't you talk a little faster. Damn

too complicated. I just wanted to set up the mcp.
The get a vid to setup the mcp
0.75 speed was understandable at least without sound too weird
Great vid thank you. if you can speak a little slower would be even better, happy flying, William
Way to fast for me. whats your hurry?
If your Irish you'll understand him, we speak fast af
Most of us are not Irish...
EIDW EINN 06 10R
had to turn the video off, way too fast and chaotic.
Yeah big time
Glad I’m not the only one who struggled following it
To fast for me to follow
Change it to .75 speed then it’s as simple as that
Cannot catch half of the explanation due to his vertical speak.... too fast my friend
Talking way to fast
Speak slowly, clearly and concisely... and STOP trying to be funny! Just give the facts. Shame, could have been a great tut.
It was a great tutorial. You're just being nit picky. I for one love the way he talks and his humor!
Horrible explanation of F/D and AP
