So I went through an emotional rollercoaster watching this. It went like this:
Oh awesome, it's basic! I wish I kept up my pandemic drawing so thats cool.
Oh right - to draw a human just draw a human. Thanks bro.
His sense of fun and exploration is really infectious.
You know what? Maybe I should start drawing again! This doesn't look TOO hard.
So thanks for that! This was really inspirational

You just became one of my favorite drawing tutorial videos. I love the simple techniques. Thank you so much for this!

Very cool! But also very triggering of my grade school anxiety of really wanting to learn to draw, and every single "how to draw" book was all:
    1. Draw a circle; 2. Draw a triangle; 3. Connect the shapes; 4. You should now supposedly have a photo-realistic pencil sketch of a horse worthy of hanging

I really love that you're framed by all the things that qualify you to do a tutorial about 1. Drawing, and 2. D&D
I'd love to spend some serious time checking out everything on that bookshelf!

    Oh. My. Gosh.
I knew you must have a video like this, and I've been hoping to watch it for like a month. But I've just always gotten too busy or distracted to remember to search for it.
But lo and behold, RUclips recommended it to me!
    Awesome!

As much as I love the great representational work of Frazetta, Valejo, Elmore, Caldwell, etc, I always felt more drawn to the early D&D work of Jeff Dee, Erol Otus, and Bill Willingham. Their work was highly evocative and visually captivating. They made me see illustration differently, and seemed to do so much with so little. It almost made it feel attainable to the average would-be artist, even tho I could never quite figure out how they did it. It was all highly evocative imagery, with being overly elaborate. Not surprisingly, I guess, I also love Chibi style, simplified to the point of unbearable cuteness, but it absolutely works. So does this. Great video!

This is a very helpful video for me as I’m getting back into art after 20 years. Could you do one of the head at different angles please? That’s something that has always confused me.

This is so spectacular! Absolutely wonderful!
Have you considered doing a Rogue's Gallery or a Heroes Tome or a Heroes and Villains Nemesis Book where each pair of pages is a face off of two nemesis. Perhaps a friends and enemies face off with opposing pages showing a group shot of a party of good guys and a party of bad guys...
