First of all, excellent video, plan to make my own tools also, you’re a man after my own heart. Like to get my tools made before I tear into these and while I wait for seals to arrive. What’s the gap on the sprayer spanner to remove and hold the locking nut? Also the gap on the holder that is bolted to work bench that holds the cap while you push down on the compressor, and finally the measurement of the u bracket on the spring compressor, the pin to pin measurement. Ballpark measurements will do. Again thank you for video, very well done. I own 2 k2 1000s, one street, and one track, and fork seals need love. Love these bikes, it’s the closest thing to riding a video game in real life. Been hooked on hyper bikes for 45years, and i think its keeping me young, over here across the pond.

Unfortunately, it was two years ago when I published this video, and I don't have the tools anymore..
The best way is to measure the components on the forks, but I just used pieces of scrap metal and parts I had lying around.

Hello, what tool did you use to measure the fork oil? And where do you measure it from bc I saw you placed it inside the fork a bit. Lastly, what fork oil did you use? I have k4 1000 so I think I just follow all of your video
Hi I use 10w fork oil and I used a depth gauge ...you can buy a tool to measure fork oil but I just do it this way... and you measure it from the top of the fork station tube leave about a 8mm gap from the top to the oil ....

Fork seal driver ...you can get them on ebay just check the diameter of your forks the search ...fork seal driver tool on ebay

How much fork oil??
So many mm with the spring out from the level of oil to the top of the threads on the fork tube. 4-5 inches Google it.
