We're obviously aware of and deeply concerned about the global pandemic, and are choosing carefully what to publish as forms of escapism and entertainment to help ease thoughts of anxiety, and provide an alternative from the news. We are obviously NOT encouraging anyone to travel now or discouraging social distancing. Have you been to this astonishing country?
10. Guanajuato 09. Cancún 08. Santa María Huatulco 07. Puebla 06. Guadalajara 05. San Miguel de Allende 04. Cozumel 03. Mexico City 02. Tulum 01. Oaxaca
This vid was so timely. I just booked a ticket south in two weeks for a 25 day over land trip landing in Cancun and flying out of MXC (via Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Valladolid, Merida, Palenque, San Cris, Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca, Huautla de Jimenez, and Puebla). Great to see some of my stops on this list!
Huatulco is beautiful but it does have resorts and it is more family oriented. If you are looking more for party and cheaper hotels or hostals, I would recommend Puerto Escondido or Mazunte.
I love this list, although I think Chiapas would be worth to be in this list as well (San Cristóbal de las Casas, Palenque, cañón del Sumidero, Agua Azul)
You have to go to Guadalajara, it is a beautiful cosmopolitan city, but with the mexican roots. It is the most mexican city, where mariachi, food and tequila make a great combination
I'm from Mexico and I loved this video 😋you included many towns. Though, Tulum is so overrated! The archeological site is amazing but the city/town is horrible. It became famous because now it's the home of many modern hippies... But there are many other better places than Tulum
I'm surprised you failed to mention Mexico is a dangerous place due to drug dealing and gang violence. You promote these places make money, but you are negligent in demonstrating these promotions responsibly.
If you are looking for trouble like trying to buy or sell drugs, then you will find problems; otherwise, if you go to enjoy Mexico's hospitality, beaches, food, and beautiful colonial towns and archeological sites, then you are fine. If that still does not convince you, why around 2 million American and Canadian expats retire and live in Mexico? Why was Mexico the third most visited country in the whole world during 2020? Mexico has been the number 7th most visited country in the world prior to the pandemic. I live in Las Vegas, NV, USA, and there have been some shootings along the Strip; I have lived in Los Angeles, and there are areas where you should not hang around because they are very dangerous; I have visited New York City, and I felt very unsafe while I was at the subway, some streets in Manhattan, and some people were the rudest ever. I have never been to Chicago, but I was told that there are areas where you should not be because you may be robbed, or kill. Miami can be dangerous in some areas; Stockton, California is also dangerous, Saint Louis Missouri, and can go on and on. As you see, danger may be anywhere in the world. Go to the largest resorts in Mexico, and you will see how Americans and Canadians love the beaches, the culture, Mexican food, and ironically, the warmth of Mexican people. Come and feel the warmth of Mexico AMIGO!!! Have a great night!!

Right, don't go to Mexico, at the end I don't think they need you.
Like in 2019 when cartels murdered police chief in border town Sonoyta. "Hospitality"?
Just as in the USA, it all depends on WHERE you are, WHAT you are doing, and WHO you are associating with.
@@angus7278 OK then it is Mojo's responsibility to point that out, rather than cluelessly pretending Mexico is Disneyland.......
