Arsene Wenger's strength was eventually his weakness.
He was spoilt by the individual qualities of the invincible team. When Morinho came, he couldn't match up cos Morinho did a lot of homework on the opposition team.

I’ve got nothing but love and respect for kolo. I’ve just a feeling he isn’t ruthless enough to be a manger. When the players might need a bollocking, I feel he wouldn’t do that.
The lower levels require something different from what you’d do at the clubs he played for. Especially with social media facing players.
