It's not bad for the car, all it does is it makes the car louder and helps it breathe, it will not do anything bad to the car

I straight piped my daily driver mx5 nb before watching this, i must say for a 1.8 is fucking LOUD. Snap necks everywhere i go. If you cruise at 2000/2800rpm is actually okay, anywhere beyond that...🤣

If you want that V8 sound, take out the resonator and replace it with X or H pipes. Keep the mufflers or find different ones because they are “tuned” to produce a desired sound. Lastly, if you know ways around annual inspections and aren’t scared of CELs. Take those cats off and sell them. Now you got money to pay up when you lose in your slow, aggressive Dodge Charger.
Straight pipe slows your car down at low rpms from a stoplight laucnch for around 4 seconds the most but picks up real nice

A straight pipe is straight pipe no cats, cat back is Catalytic converter only, that’s what he has. Cat back is the best for daily driving
Cruise control will be your best friend if you ever daily a straight piped V8. On and off throttle Gets annoying reeeeal fast.

I just straight piped my Car. Low end torque felt the same. I've noticed on higher rpm when I shift gears. I get no pushed back into my seats. I've never experienced that before...lmfao

That's not consider 'Straight Pipe" bro..... What you got there is considered "Open Pipe" it's just the same as Opening the Exhaust Flange on the pipe Between the Cats & Mufflers = "Open Pipes"....

Change your transmission upgrade it to another stage to make it quite.
Not straight piped, learn to tune. Don't complain if you don't do the work, your suspension sounds like it needs attention too. Listen to your engine lagging.....
Also straight piping a non carb engine is not recommended due to the increased electronic control.
