- What I used for the only
one that kind of worked,
to make a 80ml Set Dessert @ 10% abv
60ml Cream
Stirred in 20ml Vodka @ 40% abv
Then stirred in 15g of Angel Delight
Leave to set for 5 mins in fridge - Хобби

Funny thing is, I didn’t even remember saying that until I came to edit the video. It actually made me chuckle at the time, so I kept it in 😊

Even though the last drink/dessert I made in this video worked ok, I bet it still wasn’t as good as your pumpkin pudding shot that you made!
Considering my own experiences combining milk products with alcohol, I kind of wonder if scrapping the whole creamy booze idea in favor of using the alcohol to make cheese wouldn't be the best idea. It certainly has some advantages over lemon juice or vinegar. As for desserts, I think adding alcohol as a flavoring works better with cooked dairy as opposed to instant. Though I've made whisky whipped cream and that worked pretty well. LoL what a strange direction for my day to go :)
Others seem to make this kind of thing look far too easy to do or am I just a true idiot? Second thought, don’t answer that as I already know the answer 😂
Alcohol is slightly acidic but obviously not as much as lemons or vinegar. But I love the idea of alcoholic cheese. Two of my favourite things combined! Thanks for your comment 😎
Maybe mix in a bit of Kahlua or your Werther's original liquer to up the flavour?
Yeah I like the sound of that. Good suggestion. If I get time I might play with this one a bit more. But then again, I’m also very lazy, so I’ll play it safe and set my expectations of actually doing it extremely low 😂
How about a different alcohol? something with a bit of flavour to it like Rum or Whiskey? A nice dark aged or spiced Rum perhaps?
Yeah I could definitely see that working well together. Getting the balance of alcohol and Angel Delight is the only problem.

Ooh yes absolutely, the old Advocaat is a tried and tested winner! Must get around to making more of that soon enough.
I show the video duration to be 10:19. So, I had to waste a second on my own. Also, I watch at double-speed, which really takes some math.

Just thinking out loud here isn't the curdling the fats etc congeiling!? So going with the cream over milk just amplifies the effect?? I wonder if you would have better results using a low cream milk? Yes I know "low cream" sorry dude I didn't mean to swear like that in your comment section. Please forgive me 😔
Well, if it’s possible, you’re actually right and wrong at the same time. It is the fat/oil is congealing, but the more fat/oil the less chance there is of it cuddling. Or the other way is a lower abv. But where’s the fun in that?! 😆 Oh and of course you are forgiven my child 😊
