Getting solar installed any week now, however I won't be using batteries, the energy I produce or those things on my roof will be transfererad to the electric grid and the energy I use, I in return buy back from the grid. It will be interesting to see how it will turn out.

Sounds like your really Off Grid if you need generators. I guess that comes with good and not so good issues. But needs must.
