A good point to add that I learned is always face the audience, turning your back is never a good plan. So organize your flipboard and equipment to avoid these kinds of distractions.

A good visual aid should always seek to supplement rather than replace your speech

Anyone can plug right into the PA from any laptop using headphone outs with a Y cable with 1/4 inch inputs. Or RCA cables, (they are colored red and white for sound, yellow is video), but this isn't as reliable and if you TAPE IN doesn't work on the mixer, you'd have no other options.
1/4 is better, more solid connection and any channel would work if one fails. Should ALWAYS have a spare cable, jic.
I personally hate any PA or mic stuff reliant on a battery, I like a Shure SM58. Cheap, reliable, universal and very durable. Lasts forever. Battery stuff is 5x the $$$ and fails in a few years.
If you do this often, keep stuff like that in the trunk.

Thanks for sharing this with us, but it made my annoying as it was so much of overacting, there is nothing to laugh unecessary.

The way she's like, cackling to herself at the end of sentences, this is unnerving

It's weird that this is a Toastmasters video, but her delivery is so unnatural.

Julie Kertesz. Maybe you did not see the words pop up on the screen. How slick she was to give you a presentation and you only thought it was a speech.
