@@CelticGypsy-USA Dont be harsh, most JWs will tell that leaving the organisation takes a death by a thousand cuts. It tends to be a very slow process to get your mind back. It can take years and even decades to deprogram.
This has to be one of your most informative presentations yet. You offer quite an education in this subject and it is appreciated. In my dealings with JW's, I have found that most (if not all) don't know very must at all about their own history.
Ever heard the expression 'glass half full or half empty'? ExJWs from my experience always have a half empty attitude... its like they see their WHOLE life (from the moment they woke up to bed at night) as a Jehovah's Witness was bad... Proverbs 15:15 GOD'S WORD® Translation Every day is a terrible day for a miserable person, but a cheerful heart has a continual feast. I have a step-son to demonstrate this. From age 7 when I first knew him he was always discontent... He always wanted more. This one time he literally counted the number of chips on his plate compared to his younger brother. So we encouraged to think positively...to 'be happy with what he has'. He grew up forgetting the holidays we went on, the trips we took, the home we gave him, the toys and clothes we bought him, the music lessons we put him in etc. Eventually he left home and went away from the organisation and didn't make contact for years. He got a bit of success in music industry, writing songs for a UK group. One day he messaged. His grandma had died, he had no one around him that cared so where could he go? Of course, back to the ones that had brought him up and always genuinely cared. In his time away he had earned a lot of money and been around a certain crowd. They got him into drugs and the high life. He had gotten involved with countless illegal activities making it hard for him to get legimate work now. He had been drugged and raped multiple times, he had been stabbed and beaten up. He had diseases passed on. In short his life was a mess. He knew that if he had held to the way he was brought up then none of that would have happened. The life he chose was exciting but very dangerous. *Now he sees the life of a Jehovah's Witness as boring but safe.* He's totally conflicted... His younger brother (brought up in the same home) does not have that negative view of his upbringing. He could find happiness in an empty room. It's all about perspective. In regard to Russells past, remember this...he didnt become a Jehovah's Witness because they didn't exist at that time. He was searching for truth from the bible. Realising most churches were teaching things not in the bible he formed a bible study group, hence the name bible students... Over time he learned and changed. The organisation is still learning and changing now over a 100 years later. BUT both were/are heading in the right direction... 1 Corinthians 6:9-11 New Living Translation 9Don’t you realize that those who do wrong will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Don’t fool yourselves. Those who indulge in sexual sin, or who worship idols, or commit adultery, or are male prostitutes, or practice homosexuality, 10or are thieves, or greedy people, or drunkards, or are abusive, or cheat people-none of these will inherit the Kingdom of God. *11Some of you were once like that. But you were cleansed; you were made holy; you were made right with God* by calling on the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God. My stepson had to learn that. *Not everything is perfect but it may be the best way for now...*
The absolute SADDEST thing to me is that while in this day of instant information, most Watchtower loyalists CHOOSE to remain ignorant; arrogantly ignorant. 😢
It’s not as simple as “choosing.” Their benightedness stems from the brainwashing they’ve underwent for all their lives-The Governing Body has grafted its thinking onto the individual members, teaching them to fear and disbelieve in all information coming from “the world.” This imposed fear acts as a choke point to knowledge intake. They won’t look at “worldly” information because doing so threatens their “resurrection.”
Hey Jon keep making videos, an old jw friend I have not heard from in years who was a hardcore pimi contacted me the other day saying they woke up! They have been watching lots of ex jw channels and he mentioned your channel name! Keep it up bro!!!! This activism is working!!!!!! 1000%
I was 20 years old in 1975 so lived through the heavy propaganda from the platform, circuit and district overseers talks promoting the teaching that Armaggedon was coming in 1975. I started to fade once that failed, and disgustingly, Watchtower started to blame the rank and file Jehovah's Witnesses for getting carried away with wrong beliefs. No Watchtower did this and when the date failed they blamed the JWs, not themselves, and as we know they never ever apologise.
Yes!! My dad was building a house at the time as I was in my mom’s belly. The elders were on their case for doing both these things as the end was fast approaching. The crazy thing was an elder was helping build my parents home at the time and he put a lien on it bc someone else didn’t allow him to start his work. My dad went to him and the elders to discuss it and ofc they took the side of the elder. And ofc that house is still standing today. My dad said that everyone was preparing for the end, they were new believers at that time, so they didn’t quite understand the urgency. Lol My dad said so many bad and unethical practices were allowed if elders were involved. They would ask for more money to complete work, that outsourced would be cheaper, and pressure you to use the brothers for their services. There was so much more, but the point was, they sold their homes, and prepared for the end, and many had nothing left to show for it. It was sad. When I grew up they also discourage retirement savings as you’re not putting your faith in Jehovah and the coming Armageddon.
I left in 1974. Never believed the crap about 1975 being the end. Attended many meetings where the end of the world in 1975 was promoted by elders and visiting speakers. No one wanted to hear my objections as I quoted Matthew 24:36 where Christ said that no one knows the day or the hour, only his Father. I was even warned to keep my mouth shut or be marked as a disruptive person! Just insane how everyone could believe this awful lie. Some went completely overboard selling homes, quitting jobs and emptying out their savings to go full time preaching somewhere. I attended a summer assembly in 1974 and listened to a Bethel toady praising those people who went overboard saying they were a fine example to the rest of us. Those same unfortunate people were badmouthed by Watchtower and the witness community as foolish gossipers who believed their own fantasies. Watchtower even blamed the rank and file for spreading “rumours” about 1975 which in effect caused a lot of witnesses to go along with this travesty denying Watchtower had anything to do with it! That too shocked me no end because I knew of witnesses in my old circuit who ruined their lives over this BS!
@joanferguson4194 exactly my experience, Armaggedon was heavily promoted leading up to 1975. And several sold their homes and lived in caravans to pioneer! So many now are poor with no pensions after slaving for WT. Thank God I faded after this, and eventually got 3 of my now adult kids out of this mental malaise. Well done you!
@@joanferguson4194 Selling homes, emptying bank accounts is not so unusual, remember that many decades ago some Americans did crazy things when they were listening to Orson Welles reading aloud “The War of the Worlds” over the radio waves and some understood it as an invasion from Mars actually happening… “Only in america”, as the lyrics of the song from West Side Story go… Ah yes, america…
Great video, the Jehovahs witness history can be quite complicated at times, but thanks for the in a Nutshell overview. it's really helpful for a lot of people just getting out or starting to question!
I was there in 74 /75 and i can guarantee everyone reading this , that Armageddon coming in October 1975 was absolutely plugged to the maximum . I left in 1976. How fortunate was I. !!!
@michaelthemi....sorry, that is not what Fred Franz says in fact he said do not be telling anyone that the end is coming look at the 1974 yearbook where he was quoted you're saying misinformation my friend. People who wanted to leave just use that as a excuse
@michadlthemi... 😀 came in 1976 and still here after 48 years and still love my brothers and sisters because they never said that Armegeddon was coming see the 1974 yearbook and see what Brother Fred Franz actually said. Day and hour only the Father knows.
@@jazzbassf They did say that Armegeddon was coming in 1975. "The fact that fifty-four years of the period called the "last days" have already gone by is highly significant. It means that only a few years, at most, remain before the corrupt system of things dominating the earth is destroyed by God." Awake! 1968 Oct 8 p.13 "Many schools now have student counselors who encourage one to pursue higher education after high school, to pursue a career with a future in this system of things. Do not be influenced by them. Do not let them "brainwash" you with the Devil's propaganda to get ahead, to make something of yourself in this world. This world has very little time left! Any "future" this world offers is no future! Wisely, then, let God's Word influence you in selecting a course that will result in your protection and blessing. Make pioneer service, the full-time ministry, with the possibility of Bethel or missionary service your goal. This is a life that offers an everlasting future!" Watchtower 1969 Mar 15 p.171 "If you are a young person, you also need to face the fact that you will never grow old in this present system of things. Why not? Because all the evidence in fulfillment of Bible prophecy indicates that this corrupt system is due to end in a few years. Of the generation that observed the beginning of the "last days" in 1914, Jesus foretold: "This generation will by no means pass away until all these things occur."-Matt. 24:34. Therefore, as a young person, you will never fulfill any career that this system offers. If you are in highschool and thinking about a college education, it means at least four, perhaps even six or eight more years to graduate into a specialized career. But where will this system of things be by that time? It will be well on the way toward its finish, if not actually gone!" Awake! 1969 May 22 p.15
This was great! JW’s don’t want to hear their history, if you mention it they call “apostate “. I told my sister in law (hard core JW) that Rutherford was an apostate, because he left main stream religion!
Actually thousands have been leaving especially since the terrible handling of the plandemic and the Gb pushing the jabs, quite a number know that Russell was into pyramidology but many don’t get concerned about it, most religions have got a dodgy past or even present, like the LDS and 7th day Adventists for example. Maybe those who leave religious groups should concentrate on what Jesus said instead of constantly trying to bring down WT, Jehovah will deal with WT leaders just as he will with ALL religious leaders, well actually it’s Jesus that has the authority to judge everyone so he will deal with them.
@@michelejashinsky8409 I keep saying the same thing: They fulfill the biblical definition of an apostate. It took me a while to come to terms with it, but now I see it clearly.
@@joelnoblett8227they have their own dark history of changes and doctrine shifts so just another cult. Joey was probably more corrupt than Rutherford.
My father was studying with a Witness in the Summer of 1975 for a couple months. But my father wouldn’t be hurried into conversion, and this Witness (who quit his job to be in full time service) needed quick conversions. So, he moved on. That was a close call for my family!
Yes that would be when jws were told if your Bible study doesn't progress within 6 months then drop them. Time was so short. He was studying 'the truth' book. Full of lies and 1/2 truths! 😂😂😂
@@julieellis2076 Thank you for this information! My father wanted to remain friends with the Witness, but he said that wasn’t possible unless he converted. Even worse, there was a sweet old woman who would stand just outside my middle school property line and hand out Witness pamphlets. Most of the kids ignored her or took the handout just to throw it on the ground. I would talk with her in the fall of 1975 and she’d tell me she sold her house and donated the money to the Watchtower to prepare for the end. I never saw her again once we returned from the Xmas- New Years break at the end of the year. I often wondered if she was ok.
@astral…. The ones I knew of who sold everything and went preaching crashed and burned in 1976 never to recover from their financial ruin. That poor old woman probably went on welfare and had a miserable life thereafter. What’s so infuriating is that Watchtower has NEVER issued anything close to an apology for what happened to all those people who foolishly accepted the 1975 end of the world malarkey!
You're on fire with these videos Jon! How do you pump them out so fast? I'm sure they'll be invaluable to the newly out, or on their way out. Thankyou!
Years of my own research encapsulated in a nutshell of a concise video. A vital starting point for any jw who needs to see what watchtower try to hide. Kudos to you. Subscribed.
CT Russell and Freemasonry, straight from the horse's mouth: "I am very glad to have this particular opportunity of saying a word about some of the things in which we agree with our *Masonic friends,* because we are speaking in a building dedicated to Masonry, and *we also are Masons. I am a Freemason."* Charles Taze Russell. (The Temple of God-Pastor Russell page 120)
Excellent summation of the history and false prophecies of the Jehovah's Witnesses. Thanks 👍👍👍 It just shows that the Jehovah's Witnesses have absolutely no credibility and that I would have to be gullible and naive to believe anything they say now.
"Armageddon coming in October 1975" I'm 80yr old and can tell you the world started changing before that & not fore the better! When "THE FATHER" says enough is enough HE will pull the plug!
Wow!!!! Excellent presentation. You've done your homework. Stiil, considering all the flip-flops and doctrinal changes, it's a wonder you got through it all without having to untie your tongue a few times.
Its over the door, I don't know exactly what the thing means myself. But I believe the building was built in the thirties. Its pretty worn but you can see it good.@@genshiyami
Once, I brought up 1980, and asked my mother why don't JW's talk about it. She was stunned but she knew what I was talking about but I had the year wrong. She quickly changed the subject.
Great video. You are getting so much information out so often. Are you using the help of ChatGPT? When I was a JW it would take hours and days to prepare a 30 min public talk…
The mental and emotional gymnastics one has to do to keep up with this nonsense is absolutely exhausting. No wonder they have to shut down and stay in a state of dissonance. Minds, hearts, and eyes completely glazed over with a thick, suffocating film that leaves them in a state of zombification.
Jesus can't even get the golden rule right. Do not "do unto others as you'd have done to yourself" you don't get to choose how I'm treated. Do unto others as THEY would have done to themselves. This is so clear and obvious and I can't believe how blind I was when I was down in it.
Thank you, Jon, for this brief summary of the Society's doctrinal reversals and changes. For the limited amount of time you had, fourteen minutes, it was quite informative. With regard to the changes regarding the "superior authorities" in 1929 and 1962, it's interesting to note that, while the '62 change with regard to identity was more in line with what Russell taught, yet the nuance of the current position, with regard to "relative" subjection, is really a variation on what Rutherford taught. The result is that Jehovah's witnesses will say that their primary subjection is to Jehovah God and Christ Jesus, or, if we are to be honest, to the Society. Yet, if the burgeoning changes with regard to the treatment of disfellowshipped individuals is any indication, the Society is actually attempting to give the impression of subjecting itself to the "superior authorities", the governments of this earth. Hopefully, the "superior authorities" will see right through this and hold the Society to account. Of course, this doctrine of "relative" subjection has resulted in inconsistent application. I'm sure we're all aware of the divergent situations in Mexico and Malawi with regard to obtaining governmental cards. Remember that Malawi, under Banda, was a one-party state. Consequently, the card there meant nothing as a means of party support. It was, essentially, used as an identification card in order to access certain public services. Nonetheless, the Society strictly prohibited Jehovah's witnesses in Malawi from obtaining that card at the cost at the time of $.25 (U.S.), exposing them to the multiple horrors reported upon in the Society's publications during those decades. Meanwhile, in Mexico, what good would the military cartílla have served the brothers of draft age had the country found itself in a state of war? On the contrary, the mere possession of the card would have exposed those brothers as corrupt inasmuch as they bribed the officials to obtain such. And that's the best-case scenario. Obviously, they had not submitted to basic training; nor had they attended the monthly sessions, both of which were required at the time. Consequently, if Mexico had gone to war during that period, those brothers would have put themselves and others at risk for their lives at the front. Yet, the Society turned a blind eye to what was happening down there because it meant that those brothers would remain free to serve the Society. In the one instance, a witness was not worth even $.25 and in the other, a brother could resort to corruption at untold economic cost in order to serve the Society. That's something to think seriously about! And it's because the Society has been inconsistent in the application of its own doctrine of "relative" subjection. Thanks again, Jon, for another thought-provoking discussion. Keep up the good work.
Your statement, hopefully, the "Superior Authorities" will see right through this and hold the Society to account, really baffles me! Look at the "Superior Authorities" ruling this world. How can you put your trust in any of these governments, They're all corrupt and do not even follow their own written laws!
How about their doctrine that God lives on the planet Alcyone in the Taurus constellation? My favourite! WT May 15th 1895. Rutherford confirmed this in his book "Reconciliation" 30 odd years later
It's obviously a man-made organization if its teachings change drastically whenever a new person (group of people) takes the headship. A divine organization ruled by one being for a millennia should never experience these kinds of changes, especially when changes are flip flops.
Thanks for the review. I have already removed watchtower and the FGB over 2 years ago. Like brother Robert King of Florida ( aka Jehovah's Watchman). Do you have any idea where I can worship Jehovah God and Lord Jesus Christ in spirit and in truth?I Hope to read your reply at the soonest. For now, our weekly meeting is with Brother Robert King, 2 times a week. Thanks.
The problem in this org is most jw sisters doesn’t know that Russell’s wife in some point had separated with him but he didn’t need to step down as Elder😅and these sisters believes jw are the most submissive to husband, a good examples😅oh what about their 2nd leader, did he had good happy family life!?😅was he even living with them!?
Isn't it funny that an organisation that proclaim to know the truth work so hard to obscure it. Biblical scholars have made inroads into translating the Hebrew and Greek more accurately, tracing which manuscripts are the most likely to reflect the thoughts of the original author, separated out different phases of editing as the theology and concept of God evolved, sourced the myths that were the inspiration for some of the Bible's most famous stories, identified how the Gospel writers used the Greek Septuagint especially to craft their stories of Jesus, uncovered the most probable explanation for how Israel became Israel, identified pseudepigrapha or multiple authorship for several books of the Bible thoughts previously to have been the work of just one author, and much more, yet the Org are so set in their dogma and fake translation that just brush it aside. Just like they brush recent archaeology aside, and Biological evolution aside, which we now know to be fact. Just like they brush anthropology aside, which revealed humans go back hundreds of thousands of years. Just like they brush genetics aside, which shows the population has never been less than about 20000 individuals or so, a far cry from two people.
I completely agree you. I've never been a JW, have been an official member of 2 different Christian denominations, I now no longer go to church. I still consider myself a Christian, and I strive to follow Jesus' teachings imperfectly, but I trust the Holy Spirit to guide me, not the doctrines of man. And who am I to truly know the mind of God? If someone is interested, I will tell them what I believe and why, but there is much I don't know the answer to. I believe science gives us a better understanding of how God works, and people who reject science, are rejecting the laws that God set in place. Which isn't to say science is perfect or has all the answers either....just when we take what we know about the observed world from scientists, what our God given common sense tells us, and trust our instincts/leading by the holy spirit--we still won't have all the answers to the mysteries of life, but we will have the answers we need for our life on earth.
Holy spirit is a thing created by man.... I suspect, not believe, in something behind all of this. But religions are false. And everything from it also.
There have been a couple of times I doubted Rutherford said what YOU said he said. Both ttimes you played him saying it right after.... I love the proof and recordings being so easily provided
I am of the Overlapping Generation. As Proof My Grandpa born in 1880's Told Me Life was Peaceful before WW1 As a Converted Jew Born Again Street Preacher 4Me to Get Thru Narrow Door 2Life!!😂❤
I read through one of the WT articles they uploaded. Not ONE mention of Jesus. Not one! But "Jehovah's Organization" about 12 or 13. And stressing the loyalty and warnings of loyalty to them and obedience. They are running scared and desperate tto retain control.
13:48 I agree. In addition to the flip flops on the rules pertaining to the bedroom. What a husband and wife can and cannot do together when being intimate. As you can imagine, it caused serious problems in marriage and mental health.
I enjoy your presentations in the different videos you have. I have a question that never gets talked about. The two issues I have are Jehovah's Witnesses Spying on their fellow worshipers and why is it that worshipers are not allowed to read or see what's being written or said about them in these so called Letters of Introduction? Would those letters be considered as slander letters and also would slander be considered a crime? Give your observation, thoughts, explanation of those facts.

2:00 - Mainstream ? What is mainstream ? Isaac Newton rejected the trinity as MANY other Christians... (Not that I mind, I'm not a believer anymore, but "Mainstream" doesn't mean a lot of things, moreover in the USA where "mainstream" is from a minority from ENGLAND (only, not even Europe), note that Anglicans ARE NOT Catholics which are mainstream in France, Spain and Italy (etc.)... Check the "Mayflower" History...)
In my humble view of... Mat 24:32 Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh: Mat 24:33 So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors. Mat 24:34 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled. Mat 24:35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away. I believe that Israel is the fig tree and began to put forth leaves May 14, 1948, those born in 1948 and that are still alive are 76, still within the time frame, could I be wrong, I sure can, and I will not say this is what it is with 100% certainty, I have no desire to be branded a false prophet for making a truth claim and then be wrong about it, I do not know this for certainty, so if I am proven wrong, I have already stated that i think this is what it is, but I do not know for certain. See Jer 24:1-10, Luk13:6-9 Mat 23:38, Luk 13:34-35 these are just some scriptures that I think pertain to Israel and their house being made desolate, like the barren fig tree, again this is my personal view and I cannot say with certainty this is what this truly refers to. It is one thing to believe something and say that you are not sure about it, and quite another to make a bold truth claim and then be wrong about it, such as watchtower has done many times.
@@Karl-dd4om You can't be serious that God brought the wrong people back to Israels Homeland? Jer 23:2 Therefore thus saith the LORD God of Israel against the pastors that feed my people; Ye have scattered my flock, and driven them away, and have not visited them: behold, I will visit upon you the evil of your doings, saith the LORD. Jer 23:3 And I will gather the remnant of my flock out of all countries whither I have driven them, and will bring them again to their folds; and they shall be fruitful and increase. Jer 23:7 Therefore, behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that they shall no more say, The LORD liveth, which brought up the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt; Jer 23:8 But, The LORD liveth, which brought up and which led the seed of the house of Israel out of the north country, and from all countries whither I had driven them; and they shall dwell in their own land. (Jer 32:37) Behold, I will gather them out of all countries, whither I have driven them in mine anger, and in my fury, and in great wrath; and I will bring them again unto this place, and I will cause them to dwell safely: Dan 12:1 And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book. God promised to bring them back from all the nations where He had scattered them, if some other people that speak Hebrew, that want to build the third Temple, that already have the priests garments, the Red Heifer, the Menorah, and other Temple furnishings are not the true Jews then you are making God a liar that He was not able to bring the right people back to their Homeland. oh and the fact that the arabs have tried desperately to destroy them and have not been able to get the job done, even those times when their current allies were not helping them, ya I guess a certain deity is sleeping and cannot be bothered to help his people after 80 years of their trying to destroy the Jews.

The similarity between the 2nd leader of the JWs and the 2nd leader of the LDS church is really interesting. Brigham Young was the second leader (usurper) of the "Mormons" and introduced polygamy, racist teachings/beliefs about black people, Adam-God theory, blood atonement, changed tithing from 10% of increase (if any) to income required by all, made the Word of Wisdom a commandment, introduced free masonry temple rights and blood oaths etc... ALL of which was NOT in Joseph's teachings. Brigham lived before the Great Depression, but he had 10 mansions and was the wealthiest man west of the Mississippi River in his day-because of tithing- while many of his followers starved to death in dugout homes all up and down the "Mormon corridor". Thank God for the internet! At this point, if people believe in cults like these two, they are willfully choosing to remain ignorant and enslaved.... very sad.
When you can create your own litmus test for identifying God's channel, and you control the narrative for what constitutes adherence, there is basically nothing you can't people to do and believe.
Charles Taze Russell (February 16, 1852 - October 31, 1916), or Pastor Russell, was an American Adventist minister from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and founder of the Bible Student movement.[1][2] He was an early Christian Zionist.[3] In July 1879, Russell began publishing a monthly religious magazine, Zion's Watch Tower and Herald of Christ's Presence. In 1881, he co-founded Zion's Watch Tower Tract Society with William Henry Conley as president. In 1884 the corporation was registered, with Russell as president. Russell wrote many articles, books, tracts, pamphlets and sermons, totaling approximately 50,000 pages. From 1886 to 1904, he published a six-volume Bible study series titled Millennial Dawn, later renamed Studies in the Scriptures, nearly 20 million copies of which were printed and distributed around the world in several languages during his lifetime.[4] (A seventh volume was commissioned by his successor as society president, Joseph Rutherford, and published in 1917.) The Watch Tower Society ceased publication of Russell's writings in 1927,[5] though his books are still published by several independent groups.

How can anyone be in the truth with the lies and apostasy orchestrated by the leaders of the Watchtower Corporation. ??? 1 John 4:1 .... [1] Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are of God; for many false prophets have gone out into the world. .....and in regards to how condemning and sinful it is to be a false prophet who say they come in Jesus's name, read Revelation 20:10.... 10 And the devil, who deceived them, was thrown into the lake of burning sulfur, where the beast and the false prophet had been thrown.
Proverbs 15:15 GOD'S WORD® Translation
Every day is a terrible day for a miserable person, but a cheerful heart has a continual feast.
1 Corinthians 6:9-11 New Living Translation
9Don’t you realize that those who do wrong will not inherit the Kingdom of God?
True. It's all part of their brainwashing, to doubt all external sources as being demonic in some form or another.
It’s not as simple as “choosing.” Their benightedness stems from the brainwashing they’ve underwent for all their lives-The Governing Body has grafted its thinking onto the individual members, teaching them to fear and disbelieve in all information coming from “the world.”
This imposed fear acts as a choke point to knowledge intake. They won’t look at “worldly” information because doing so threatens their “resurrection.”
Brainwashed, with a side of cognitive dissonance. And a side of emotional hostage. Yes very sad

"Many schools now have student counselors who encourage one to pursue higher education after high school, to pursue a career with a future in this system of things. Do not be influenced by them. Do not let them "brainwash" you with the Devil's propaganda to get ahead, to make something of yourself in this world. This world has very little time left! Because all the evidence in fulfillment of Bible prophecy indicates that this corrupt system is due to end in a few years. Of the generation that observed the beginning of the "last days" in 1914, Jesus foretold: "This generation will by no means pass away until all these things occur."-Matt. 24:34.

Jer 16:16 Behold, I will send for many fishers, saith the LORD, and they shall fish them; and after will I send for many hunters, and they shall hunt them from every mountain, and from every hill, and out of the holes of the rocks.
Jer 23:1 Woe be unto the pastors that destroy and scatter the sheep of my pasture! saith the LORD.
Jer 23:7 Therefore, behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that they shall no more say, The LORD liveth, which brought up the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt;
Jer 23:8 But, The LORD liveth, which brought up and which led the seed of the house of Israel out of the north country, and from all countries whither I had driven them; and they shall dwell in their own land.
(Jer 29:14) And I will be found of you, saith the LORD: and I will turn away your captivity, and I will gather you from all the nations, and from all the places whither I have driven you, saith the LORD; and I will bring you again into the place whence I caused you to be carried away captive.
(Jer 32:37) Behold, I will gather them out of all countries, whither I have driven them in mine anger, and in my fury, and in great wrath; and I will bring them again unto this place, and I will cause them to dwell safely:
Dan 12:1 And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.
@@dennishagans6339 To make a long story short, since the Jews rejected Jesus Christ as the Messiah, up until this day, they are no longer God's chosen people!
Do not forget who is backing the Israelis, the U.S.A., so no one can destroy Israel! The Jews in Israel that believe in the Old Testament are a minority. Israel today is
a secular society! If you recognize this you surely cannot believe that God is backing this modern day Israeli government!
I love those JW flip flops'Two sets of footprints in the sand, duplicitous BS, don't try to understand. In case nothing goes as planned, we're building castles in the shifting sands. Two sets of footprints in the sand, I see it now that i've been scammed..."
@1955annemarie im jw and not sad except for those who oppose us and are supporting this world that is slowly passing away.😣
Your organization is dying out in therms of members and economic status.
How many KH and assembly halls have they not sold last 5 years in your area?

Charles Taze Russell (February 16, 1852 - October 31, 1916), or Pastor Russell, was an American Adventist minister from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and founder of the Bible Student movement.[1][2] He was an early Christian Zionist.[3]
In July 1879, Russell began publishing a monthly religious magazine, Zion's Watch Tower and Herald of Christ's Presence.
Excellent, things present JWs will not find out, one reason was they were told to burn anything pre dating 2000.
When did they start with a governing body, and stop having a president
They lie too much, making their members hypocritical liars
I was born in. It isn't as simple as that.
Ex, we are out my W and I over 30 years, this cult was both our mothers. My Mother and her JW Stepfather Husband brainwashed me, I was in because of 1975. So I got baptized in 1967, however my wife and I Were PIMO. My mother died at 91 in 2021, the memorial was online, I am her Son first born and my baby brother was Neverrrrrrrrrr mentioned in the talk, only my older 1/2 sister who is still in at 77. I’m 72, and my brother 70 are out and I’m out after 30;years as an Elder and SHUNNED IN LIFE AND IN A MEMORIAL
, WHAT SAY YOU AND THE MAN WHO GAVE THE TALK… He IS IN BETHEL FOR AS LONG AS I CAN REMEMBER 40-50 years. Never mentioned me or my brother who left the Cult, I Hate all Religions they really are, “a snare and a Racket”
Yes, and Jesus never approved of them either.
Have you thought about going through the lesson manual one lesson at a time that jws use for Bible studies? Or have you already done that? Or any other exJWs? I currently meet with an older lady on Wednesdays and would love to help her, if I can...
Over 1 million members left the organization in 1975 having given their money to the organization.
It sounds like he’s giving a talk on them JWs 😂😂
First off they don't call themselves a religion. They call it a way of life according to gods will.
I'm a number 2 to post
I would swap out the word " prediction" in your monologue to "prophecy." To properly ascribe the cult as false prophets.
They will be tormented day and night for ever and ever.
They actually go to these meetings wanting to be lied to ! Especially when information about its false teachings is abundant. Of course a business will advertise that they are the best or “the truth “ , buts it’s like reading all negative reviews on yelp about the business and still believing the positive that the business has to say about itself .
Spit on. I pioneered through the 70s and this teaching of Armaggedon coming in 1975 was strongly preached from the Kingdom Halls and Assembles, by circuit and district overseers
Watchtower is a MLM company.. Scammer..
