    Focusing combined with parts work huh... excellent! By tangle you refer to something in conflict within? This was great actually, creating a space and becoming neutral... like becoming the observer. Thank you!

      Yes! Self-in-Presence is like an observer, and "neutral" in the sense of not taking sides -- but also warm, compassionate, and empathic... accepting and loving to all parts.
